The waxing area is clean and tidy. If it's your first time, I recommend booking a session with Erin. She was patient and kind throughout the process. Erin made sure I was happy with the results and gave me directions on how to properly care for my skin for the next 24 hours. Right now, you can get an extra 10% off a wax treatment when you check-in on the yelp app. Treat yourself to some pink starbursts when you check-out. Overall it was a sweet experience. Note: if you're driving to your appointment, give yourself an extra 10 minutes to find parking. It's a little tricky depending on the time of day.

She advised that she loves doing dramatic cuts, I was cutting a significant amount of hair off, and that she does wolf cuts all the time. I felt relieved because it was going to be a big change and I wanted my hair to be easy to style and have a lot of fun layers. She did an amazing job. She already spoke to me; 2. Already did my service; 3. Had confirmed all my information; and 4. Was being professional. If I had already done my service, why would I be there and waste over 30 minutes waiting for a response? It speaks volumes on Maya's professionalism that she deemed a client unworthy of the simple courtesy of corresponding with them and then lie to her employer. Emergencies happen and had I been informed I would completely understand but the fact that lying and making a client be left in the dark is incredibly disgusting behavior that is not appropriate.
