So glad this place opened up! It's so close to my place of work so it's easy for me to drive there when I get off. I got my Brazilian from Brandi and it was amazing! The place I usually go to (I won't mention the name) is nice, but so much more painful. I'm not sure if Waxology just uses smaller strips or a different kind of wax, but the process was much more tolerable and pleasant. Brandi is so friendly and really professional as well. I am very disappointed. For the second time at this salon I went in for a bikini wax and was given an accidental Brazilian. Two different people did this and the reaction was to tell me that they would only charge me for the bikini wax. So now I am angry with naked sore bits and pieces on Valentine's weekend.and embarrassed that I even paid for the service at all. Worth the drive! I was seeing Athena and Brandi at their pervious employers place in Seattle, when they opened their own space in Everett I was excited for them but was dreading the drive. I had my first appointment at Waxology and instantly remembered why I see them for waxing. They are both so good at what they do the waxing is nearly painless! I followed Brandy here from a different salon and it was the best decision ever. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years. I am very pleased with how she does my Brazilian maintenance. There is minimal hair left after the appointment. I am of Southeast Asian descent and I have very thick pubic hairs... actually I am not even sure about my hair thickness relativity to the phenotype of women of other ethnic makeups haha. This was my first time to Waxolgy. I found it very clean, the staff friendly and very professional. It only took 30 minutes to complete my male brazilin. It was less painful than others I have had and not a hair remaining. Reasonable priced. One great touch was after everything was done, I got a hot towel. They deserve their 5 star reviews! I went there for the first time recently and I'm SO HAPPY I found them. It is one of the best wax jobs I've ever had and I've been getting waxed for over a decade now. Their space was cute and brightly lit- a must for good waxing! So many wax places try to have a low lighting to create a nice mood, but it really means you can't see what you are doing when you are waxing, and I can't see the hairs you missed until I get home. At Waxology, the lighting was bright and i could see that Brandi did a great job before I left. read more
