I had sent a message over Yelp to request an appointment & they got back to me super quick with times available. The salon is located In a tiny plaza, but it was easy to find. The salon is very tidy and pretty! Zuzanna and her staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Zuzanna let me know what she was doing every step of the way and put me at ease. The Brazilian wasn't as painful as I thought. I would definitely come back and recommend this salon! I'm going to come back for a facial soon :)

They say laser can help do that which in my case it has. Seru is just so sweet and accommodating. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but that is normal. It is expected wherever you go. It made me feel a little uncomfortable with him constantly leaving the room and coming back with different needles. The way he injected was not the best and the results after two days was non existent. By the 3D day I called the owner. She told me it's way too early, wait 2. -3 weeks for results. Well I've never had to wait more than 2-3 days to see really good results. I wanted to look refreshed for Christmas but that didn't happen. Not sure if the Botox was old ( should be no more than a week old) or watered down, but no visible results were had. Very disappointing. I won't ever go back especially since after emailing the owner , she did nothing to help or convince me otherwise , about my bad experience ,and results from the service person or the Botox that I paid for and didn't get.

After a few minutes, I had an opportunity to meet with Karolina who was the most wonderful and down-to-earth esthetician I've ever met. She took the time to discuss what my particular skin concerns were and walked me through each step of the facial. Karolina knows skin and is very happy to share her knowledge with her clients.
