I appreciated her patience the most because the pain was nearly unbearable (no fault of her own). Her prices are very affordable and that's definitely a plus especially in this insane economy. When I walked in, I was greeted by Aida who introduced herself and told me that she was the owner. I had the Signature Facial which included a décolleté and arm massage. Mika explained what she was doing as she did the facial and asked how I took care of my face and gave some suggestions. She also massaged my neck and upper shoulders using her hands/knuckles. Wow did that feel great! My face felt tingly and very clean after my facial. She also applied some hyaluronic lip gloss to my lips when she was done. She also gave me tips on maintaining them and what to use to help them grow in the places I have slight gaps. Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you. She greeted me Saturday morning at 8:30 because I'm crazy and decided to make the appointment as early in the day as possible. She was efficient, not one for small talk, yet she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. It's amazing how often I've been waxing and yet I always have questions. Anyway, prices were reasonable. Facilities were cold and clean. Waxing wasn't horribly painful, something I notice more as I actually stick to my regimen.
