I am a business owner my self and one of the things that i came to find out, is that customer relations it is very important. This place works of schedules and you will need to call in advance. Try to call at least the day before if not two days in advance, they are busy. Will definitely visit this place next time i am in Cancun.

Staying at this resort was such a terrible experience that it has made me hesitant to ever travel…read moreto Mexico again. What should have been a relaxing vacation became a traveler's nightmare. The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. The food and service were abysmal. I was hungry throughout much of our stay because obtaining food was surprisingly difficult, aside from what was available at the cafeteria and the very limited room service options. Making restaurant reservations was impossible. We also could not enjoy the hot tub in our suite because the smell outside was unbearable. A significant amount of sargassum had accumulated against the buoys near the pool and remained there throughout our stay. The odor made spending time outside extremely unpleasant and essentially rendered one of the amenities we specifically paid for unusable. The most disturbing part of the experience, however, involved the salon. Prior to arriving, I made multiple attempts by email to schedule and confirm a salon appointment. Despite the repeated correspondence, I arrived at the resort without a confirmed appointment and ultimately received no salon services whatsoever. Despite this, at checkout I discovered that I had been charged for salon services I never received. I explained the situation and showed the staff the email correspondence demonstrating my attempts to confirm an appointment. Nevertheless, I was told that I had to pay the charge before I would be permitted to leave the resort. Faced with that situation, I paid the disputed charge under protest so that I could leave. After returning home, I contacted the salon and explained what had happened. They apologized profusely, acknowledged the situation, and promised to refund the charge. I have that commitment in writing. More than 30 days passed without a refund, and my subsequent inquiries went unanswered. I ultimately had no choice but to dispute the charge through my credit card company. A beautiful property cannot compensate for terrible service, difficulty obtaining food, unusable amenities, and most importantly, being forced to pay for services that were never provided. This experience completely overshadowed our vacation and destroyed any confidence I had in this resort. I would not return, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

To me, it was simply a 100 percent totally relaxed, and "forget about work and everything" experience! As with what most spas should be. We arrived one hour prior to our scheduled appointment, and ended up waiting in the 'waiting area' for only a few minutes. There were little healthy gram cookies, mixed nuts, teas, and mineral water at the self-serve bar nearby. Nothing special, but great that it's available. After loungin' and yelpin' one of the staff took us to the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi area. He presented us a locker, with a slightly broken/loose lock that had sandals, towels, and jewelry box. Next to it, free for the taking, were some cold face towels, small fridge with bottled water, and some fruit flavored water dispenser. The spa was relaxing, steam room calming, and sauna was hot hot hot! Thank goodness for the ice cold water next to it so you can recharge your face towel with some coolness. Plus add a spray of fragrance. Right across from that you can wash off in the couples shower. The stand up showers with five shower heads for all over rinsing. Our scheduled appointment had come up, and we were massaged and cleaned up by Herta and Anna. Prior to dipping your feet in some fish water, you've got to have them cleaned off first. I've never had fish spa treatment before, but I totally enjoyed the 25 minutes of algae eaters picking off my dead skin cells. And no issues with service, as Herta and Anna were excellent. They even gave us pina coladas! At the end of the session, we were cleaned off and massaged one final time. I'm very pleased, and hope to do it again before I check out of Cancun.

We got the 2 1/2 hour treatment. It was very relaxing. You can see other naked visitors in the tubs…read moreso I would not go fully nude. The mud treatment was nice. Getting it rinsed off was kind of miserable because the water was so cold. The hot bath was nice but we started to get overheated after about 10 minutes. I think my massage lady kept falling asleep. Regardless, it was definitely worth the price. They sent a taxi for us and he waited while we were getting our services.

After the clay dried you walk a short distance to a shower with a hose and some cold water and they rub/rinse off the clay. About 30 mins in total. After the rinse they have a nice warm tub ready for you with herbs and fragrances. Super enjoyable after the cold rinse. While in the tub they give you a neck and scalp massage. About 20-25 mins. Following the tub you move back to the bed and one of the ladies gives you a front massage while moving the towel around to cover you from the cool jungle breeze. The massage is done with oil and was so well done. You flip after an hour to your stomach and they work your feet to your head the same as the front massage. I would rated the quality of this massage among the best I've ever had. High quality. Well trained hands. And very respectful. 10/10 I'll be back here next time I visit!

Right next store to my hotel, so I wouldn't get wet on the walk over. $50 USD, I'm told, plus tip and credit card service charge, should I use one. Pedicure started a bit rocky as the faucet of the sink basin wasn't working properly. My technician had to draw water from another receptacle and deliver it to the basin. On to the pedicure, she drew blood on not one, but two different toes with her cutting of nails. When scrapping my feet for dead skin, I had to prompt a stop as she scrapped a bit too much. I did count my toes to make sure I had all ten. Manicure was a bit better with technique and cutting style. About halfway through the mani, I was offered a refreshment - water, tea, or coffee. I opted for espresso an hour into my visit. Staff were okay, although they spoke little to no English for a seemingly high-end business in the Cancun hotel zone. Personally, I won't return.
