I'm VERY protective of my furbabies, so no random one would do. Researching multiple ones, I decided to give Fur-iendly Grooming a try. They were so nice on the phone and had a cancelation the very next day that we grabbed up. They only had my little one for about two hours and had her looking AMAZING! Her previous groomer had her anywhere from 7-11 hours and never completed her legs or face. They also said my pup was sweet, gave kisses and wanted to be picked up during bath time - only thing she fought on was her nails. I'm definitely keeping Fur-iendly Grooming as my pets fur-care!

When we walked in for our appointment, Benji immediately wagged his tail and wanted Karin's attention. Obviously he could tell she's an animal lover. Based on his initial reaction to her I was a little more at ease. He did very well for his first visit! We made another appointment for a few weeks from now so that Benji can (at minimum) get another bath. Very nice grooming facility on Karin's property. You aren't going to see a bunch of dogs in cages, waiting their turn. I appreciate this a lot because our pup is still extremely nervous, especially loud noises and sudden movements. As a new client, Karin was able to get us scheduled very quickly. I did have flexibility in my schedule, so this helped. Automated text reminders and you can schedule services online. I highly recommend Fur-iendly, but more importantly, Benji does.

Needless to say, we paid a total of $9,880.75 immediately. Part of the floors were installed 4 months later in November and some in December but they were left incomplete. We did not receive the kitchen or bathroom counter tops and can not get Curt or Lori Wagler to respond via text, phone messages or in person at their place of business. Their business practices are aberrant and unfortunately we are out all the money we paid and left with floors that are not salvageable and no counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Please do your research before hiring anyone!

This company has yet to finish either job and it is Feb, but this company will not also call or text to keep me updated on the job. Two of his workers quite over money in my house, and Curt Wagler had his 15 year old son do the floors on several days that he was suppost to be in school. i had to pay cash of $10,000 up front in which i did because he said it was custom wood. i recently contacted the general contractors office to file a complain, and he has no license. i contacted the state Attorney's Office and filed a complain. I brought in Lowes and Menards and they both gave me an estimate of $14k on the floors alone and told me the floor is junk. My wife and i wanted to do the review to safe anyone in our community from this company and the costly mistake that we made. I will never get this $10k back and now i have to save again, which is hard to do as a retired vet with 100% disablity from the VA, and SSI income. Please be advised that these people are bad people and do you research. I researched this company and they have been sued many times over the same thing. I learned a huge lesson that will cost me dearly. Thank you

She is well fed and well loved during her stay. She has nap time to help rest up for the next outdoor play festival. (Don't know if she actually sleeps, but it is a chance for everyone to catch their breath.) She has a separate kennel for sleeping when she stays overnight. Her family pitches in with lots of cuddles, too. We have recently moved and think we may have found a place to take Gracie, but it's not nearly as much fun as Dana's. I will always enlist her services when we are in the area. I don't think there is a better place for Gracie.

Phoenix had a wonderful time, she sent pictures throughout the weekend of him, he was very well taken care of and cared for, he got spoiled some more, made new friends, I cannot recommend Dana's enough!
