Installed an Infinity Sliding Patio Door with four layers of low e and sound reduction and a hemlock wood trim. Clean installation despite having to cut into the ceramic file floor by using professional protection covering. Also was only a half a day to install. Mike and Ken did a great job all around and came out a few weeks later to replace a bowed screen door and a marred cover piece, and now it looks perfect. Well worth the price but also a reasonable price considering the quality product and installation. Can highly recommend this company and the personnel as a high quality company that really does care about its customers. They are trustworthy and very professional, and Marvin stands behind its products. Michele LaBelle

We intend to start replacing a bank of windows every six months or a year. NW Window came out to measure and then we ordered the windows. It took five months to get them - which is fine, as I understand that they're custom built, and that takes time - and then NW Window tried to install them. The installers were great, but they quickly noticed that the upstairs windows were fine, but the legacy trim could not be reused with the downstairs bank of windows. The person who had measured the windows back in February did not catch that there was a difference in trim depth between the upstairs and the downstairs. The next thing I received from NW Window was a quote for an additional almost $2K (plus even more for staining) to rebuild the window trim. This was on top of a sale of windows that was almost $24K. I get that no one is perfect, but you need to own your mistakes. NW Window, on the other hand, simply blamed the original contractor of our home for having inconsistent trim depth and is trying to shift the cost of their mistake to me. I will definitely look for a different window supplier in the future and will note to the window manufacturer, Marvin, that it should look for a more conscientious reseller in the Spokane, Washington area. Please note the ragged, more-than-3/8" gap in the trim on the picture below. It's sort of amusing that NW Window includes the following on the bottom of its invoices: "The bitterness of POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE is remembered long after the sweetness of a LOW PRICE is forgotten. Thank you for your business." They should read their own documents, as this was definitely an example of very POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE.

We had…read morestopped looking into getting new windows last year because we weren't happy with the quality or financing options through other companies, until we were approached by a Brightside employee in our neighborhood. He was very nice and informative and we were able to get a consultation that night from Luke. Luke was very personable and patient as we went through everything their company offered and we were able to get scheduled. Our house was built in 1943 with large, original colonial style windows with individual window panes in each window. I love the look and charm it gives but it was not energy efficient, sound buffering, or easy to clean. We also have two dogs, one of which had caused a few of the small panes to be broken, leaving small holes with only the storm window as our "window". I was very excited to learn that they offer the same style and we were able to add that to our new window order. Safe to say, we got a huge upgrade. We have some loud car noise on our street that would wake us up at night but since we've had our windows installed, I haven't heard them once. The whole house stays a more consistent temperature and when our toddler or dogs make the windows messy, it is a breeze to clean the inside and outside. The glass is also slightly darker which allows for better privacy without having to have your curtains drawn all the time. The installation company was great as well. The two employees were very nice, had great communication, and ended up finishing faster than anticipated. They walked us through our new windows and they had cleaned up any mess that had been caused from installation. Overall, the value our new windows adds to our lives is priceless and we highly recommend using Brightside for your windows.

The windows are a big upgrade from our original windows with better noise reduction, opening/closing functionality, and efficiency. We also had interior trim installed, which we did have a few quality issues with, but Brightside did work with us to get those resolved.
