My family member was treated well, and the doctor came out to talk to me about the outcome of the surgery. They were even so kind as to provide me with a place to pump that wasn't the bathroom or waiting area! I was prepared to do it in my car, but it's nice for people to be accommodating and kind! I also didn't have any cell service in the area (Sprint, if you're wondering), but I was able to connect to the wi-fi. Surgical recovery is also going well so far!

After i gave him the ct scan of my ankle he tells me that he will call me after he speaks to his surgeon. 2 and a half weeks later i call them and ask whats going on and apparently he never called me back to tell me he put in a referral for me. The refferall also took two weeks and thats beyonde me. I have wasted almost a month trying to recover thanks to this guy and his lack of care torwards his patients. If you want a actually good quality service from healthcare professionals i would avoid this place at all costs. 0/5 stars

He immediately saw a young, black lesbian woman, and had absolutely nothing but distain every time we spoke to him. If she is telling you that it's her foot...why would you send her to get a MRI on her ankle when the Workmen's Comp. adjuster ask him about it Kyle's exact word we were," I felt like it was the ankle." He was not the patient and he didn't listen to what the patient was saying.She had an a reaction from the MRI... When we went to the emergency room they told us it was inflammation. Saw Kyle the very next day, he told us he didn't see anything on MRI! We should not pay for that service bc he DID NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. He did an MRI ON HER ANKLE, when she repeatedly said her foot and tried to show him. There was no empathy. There was no concern. How can you be a good physician assistant , if you won't even listen to what the patient is saying. Then he proceeds to tell my daughter MRI(s)don't cause people to have any kind of reactions... Which the ER DOCTOR said that was a lie! Clearly there has been studies showing that the infrared heat from the MRI can get stuck in the tissue, causing a very hot sensation in discomfort from for the patient, he didn't believe her and wrote there was nothing wrong, he stated he saw nothing on the MRI of her ankle... When it wasn't her ankle, it was her foot. AND WE REPEATEDLY TOLD HIM THIS FACT. We left out filling, unseen and unheard after every visit we had with Kyle this place needs to go out of business as long as they have him there he is not professional at all, he does not listen to the concerns at least not of a young, black lesbian woman, act as if she's lying... Went to another Workmen's Comp. physician and guess what she was not lying... thank goodness for our new doctor. We are considering our options for Kyle GROSS NEGLIGENCE!

Explained everything AND gave great insight as to what it takes to practice in the medical field. OR prep/recovery teams are phenomenal. Shout out yo nurse Dorthy. Super sweet lady, especially at 7 am! Receptionist is very nice...at 6 am! PT team ( Derek, Casey, and Kaitlen) are the best in the business. Front office team were and are very helpful. Records team- shout out to Ms Beverly, very helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience for both our daughter and the family as a whole. Hate to end on a negative note but...The only negative is the 3rd party (Sharecare) that are used for insurance/FMLA records requests. Find a new team to handle this piece please.

Had a total knee revision after the failure of the first partial replacement done in Columbus OH…read more Dr Greer Noonberg was my surgeon and I couldn't possibly have made a better choice. After a five hour total revision surgery, I spoke to him after in recovery and he told me of the carnage he found. Dr. Noonburg thoroughly explained what he and his team did in the procedure. The surgery was so successful, I was up and walking unaided in 36 hours with much improvement. I am now 22 days post op and nearly completely pain free. Recovery has been the best of any of my knee surgeries ( three total) I would recommend Dr. Noonburg over anyone for knee replacement/revision surgery.
