I hired Jordan for my beach home starting with a deep clean. When I walked into my home, expecting…read moreit to be renter ready, I was shocked and spent the next week of my stay putting things back, cleaning floors, counters, moving furniture, etc. I identified stolen items and even food in the dishwasher, heavy lint in the dryer trap and in the washing machine that had to be cleaned out before I would use either. I spoke with Jordan and she said she must have been sabotaged by one of her cleaners. After I shared photos and descriptions (at least 37 issues) of what I found, I thought she would work with me to resolve. I requested the entries into my home using her code from my management company and provided it to her for her defense and to manage her team. I requested 40 percent return on the deep cleaning fee recognizing some work was done but totally messed up before I came back into my home. Then she made the ultimate professional NO-NO. She refused to return a call, text or email for weeks until I gave up. I still have not heard from her, and I certainly have not seen a return of the portion of the outrageously high deep clean fee I had paid. I was left rushing to find replacement cleaning services. An unresponsive business is not a reliable business.
