Ed serviced our HVAC unit, and he was very knowledgeable and careful and found some burnt wires and probably saved our home from much bigger problems. If you haven't had your dryer vent cleaned in a while or ever, I would highly recommend it as ours was so jammed up the clothes were taking longer to dry and that in itself could've caused a fire and bigger problems than just paying to get it cleaned. Our tech Matt and his helper were thorough and careful on cleaning all the duct work and dryer vent and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use Healthy Home again.

My first meeting was with Jeremy. He was very compassionate and understanding, concerning our situation. After speaking with him for 10 minutes I decided Vigilant was the Company for us! They handled EVERYTHING from dealing with the insurance company to being able to repair every single problem we stumbled across. Once we committed to letting Vigilant handle our repair, we met with Maria, Tim and owner Fred who reassured us they had the experience and knowledge to get us through this tough time and repair. We actually had to move out of our home for 3 months. I could tell they really cared, and it was more than just a "job" for them. Here is what you really need to know. Some of the repair was covered by insurance, however, much of it was not. We discovered things that had to be paid out of our pocket. Fred, the owner, sat and worked with us and tried to save us as much money as possible to lower our obligation. I was so impressed that he went over every detail and found a way to save us money. He did not have to do that. I was like, WOW, he really has OUR best interest in mind! All work was handled professionally and on time. And keep in mind, in this line of work, sometimes things come up that may slow the process down. Fred and the team were on it! And as picky and impatient as I am, I couldn't believe the hustle in these guys!! We were charged for services that were not provided as well as given products that were not what we were charged for. See the side-by-side comparison Of the insulation we were given compared to what they took out. The insulation we were charged for is 10 inch R-30 insulation and what they installed is 3 1/2 inch garbage. We were also charged For work that was not done at all such as a ceiling fan being removed and the square footage they listed is almost double what was actually done. This business is completely crooked and using insurance companies to make money for work they're not doing. They do not stand behind their work because they don't know what was actually done and what they're charging for is work that was never performed.

I feel misled and was unaware of the everything that should have been done. We incurred another large expense because this company cut corners and didn't do sufficient work to remedy the situation. My issues started in 2025. I called Vines for a water leak and mold. Took 4 -5 months for…read moreeverything to be 100% completed. At the beginning of March a sink that vines installed fell into the cabinet somehow turning the water on while I was not home. Thankfully I was only gone roughly 2 hours. I came in to a flooded kitchen, living room, and a little in the hallway. After contacting vines they showed up about an hour and a half later. Put fans in and removed the bottoms of my cabinets. While 2 guys from Vines were here (mark and someone else) Mark told me twice in the few hours they were here that he sees what happen and I did the right thing by turning the water off from the valves because it could have been a lot worse. One of those times is on video. The owner of vines Rick Vines wanted to come and look at everything 10 days later. He was very arrogant and told me that it was a cat that just had kittens 8 hours prior to this that was also locked in my bathroom upstairs with the bedroom door also shut. I told him that there was no way the mother cat opened the bathroom door, opened the bedroom door, came downstairs and turned the water on, went back upstairs and shut the bedroom door and shut the bathroom door. His response was cat or ghost there is no way the sink falling turned the water on. He said they would cover all the repairs but would not pay for any damage to my furniture. It took almost 8 weeks for them to come back out and connect the water to the sink and dishwasher so I could have running water in my kitchen. Furniture still damaged, floor in hallway is sticking up, extremely high water bill, and electric bill due to their incompetence. I would never recommend Vines to anyone. Very sad they cannot take care of ALL issues THEY (NOT A CAT OR A GHOST) caused. Stay far away from Vines
