Some places will only repair stuff they sell in their own shop, but CMII is fine with repairing just about any piece of equipment. The music teachers are mediocre, nothing great. One complaint that I have is that the music teacher kept cancelling his appointments. At one appointment he didn't bother to even call and cancel. We showed up and they said he was on vacation! Really?! It seems as if this place is poorly managed and it's too bad. It has a nice look and feel, but don't be fooled. I'd rather travel to Braintree and try Guitar Center, or search for a private teacher.
