There were many times I couldn't get paid as a property owner for rent or find out important financial information if he was out of town. I couldn't get call-backs when he was out. That excuse was given multiple times. There were problems with the renter several times. At one point when I expressed my concern about the cost of dealing with her, wanting to brainstorm with Jim, the owner, he attacked me on the phone for 20 minutes. He didn't try to collaborate. He just attacked me. I was crying. While being attacked, crying and trying to defend myself, he told me he didn't feel safe. I couldn't believe it. He is a bully. Someone who attacks and then claims victim. Among his staff, Alex is always professional as is Estelle, though she was very hard to reach. Alex did what he said he would.
