There were many times I couldn't get paid as a property owner for rent or find out important financial information if he was out of town. I couldn't get call-backs when he was out. That excuse was given multiple times. There were problems with the renter several times. At one point when I expressed my concern about the cost of dealing with her, wanting to brainstorm with Jim, the owner, he attacked me on the phone for 20 minutes. He didn't try to collaborate. He just attacked me. I was crying. While being attacked, crying and trying to defend myself, he told me he didn't feel safe. I couldn't believe it. He is a bully. Someone who attacks and then claims victim. Among his staff, Alex is always professional as is Estelle, though she was very hard to reach. Alex did what he said he would.

Tim was absolutely happy to help. I'll have to admit, I was afraid what we wouldn't hit our deadline (how many contractors do you know that get the work done right on time?). Tim came through and got the work all done the day before the inspection. While I wouldn't recommend doing short-notice projects like ours was, I can say that I do recommend Tim and CWPR for getting the job done on time. Of course it doesn't hurt that Tim is a friendly and no BS kinda guy.
