I followed their instructions and emailed the same day to report the issue, but over a week passed with no response or apology. I had to call the store multiple times over the following weeks just to get any acknowledgement. My original email was never addressed. To make matters worse, when I finally reached someone (the owner, Valerie, I believe), my call was abruptly ended. Overall, this was the poorest customer service experience I've had with a business. I would not recommend ordering here based on my experience.

From shallow to deep or slow moving to fast - this is a lovely glimpse into something we rarely get to see, except in our imaginations, dreams, or occassionally on a summer swim. The inside of the centre houses a large interpretation centre with wonderful displays which talk about the river ecosystem and environs as well as other local projects. A gift shop and and some event space which are popular for weddings. 'Feeding time' is the most fun - find out when it happens!
