I have had agents in the past who simply took my account and did nothing but collect every month year after year. FPH & Associates review my account each renewal and actively search for better options. I get an extensive report comparison. I have on several occassions been notifiying of changes occuring with my coverage that would be of a negative impact. Most of us just pay our premiums each month like clock work with little attention to anything else. It's is great to have a company "watchdog" working on my behalf.

For the last five or so years, customer service at the agency has been mainly terrible. I work with five other agencies and their service is excellent. When I call the other agencies with a question or an issue, the person answering the phone is able to help me with whatever issue there is. I call Fountain Parker Harbarker, first I have to speak to receptionist when they want to know who my representative is. Then they may tell me, well he or she Is not in or they are at lunch etc.; so maybe leave a voicemail, then maybe your play phone tag. Then, if they call you back you're not may be in front of your information to discuss. And you never feel like they're glad to help you, if they do. And, there's never a thank you, at all, for the hundreds of thousands that you have spent with them. They are a very tired and poorly run agency. I just today, moved my business to another agency and hope for better. There is no reason to continue to pay hard earned money for very poor service.
