After he gave the money , he cheerfully said to thee attendant " See you later!" and hopped in his BMW. I passed by the cart that he dumped his bag into, taking his bag with him, and I saw the 5 underwears mixed in! Wait-Whuuuut?! You guys and gals hand these people your sweaty, urine, poopy and possibly bloody underpants TO WASH?! This is gross!! How could you be so nasty?! Is this something that's been passed through the generations of having a Brady Bunch maid on hand? YOH! In the comment reviews here .. I never write bad reviews, but my experience really threw me for a loop here. I have been coming here for the last three years with a long pause this last year because of covid. My boyfriend and I usually bring our clothes in for the wash and fold service but this time I came alone. The woman working there asked if I separated my delicates from the laundry and put them into a mesh bag. I said no I didn't and I didn't mind everything washed together. I asked her why she wanted me to do this and she said she didn't want to touch my delicates. I wouldn't have minded this request, I understand people have their preferences. However, I have been coming here for three years and no one has ever requested I do that. Then, she told me that she asks all her customers to do this and writes them a note so they don't forget. i told her I have never been told once but then she says she's given us notes about it after I told her my name, when I have never seen it on the pink slips they give me. Normally, I'd give this place 5 stars. The woman that is usually there is an absolute sweetheart and I'd happily give her my business and they are priced really well. I live in JC now but I still come by because I trust them. But I don't want to bring my items to a woman that thinks it's okay to lie to me and tells me she doesn't want to touch my clothes. read more

I've had a spate of very bad customer service experiences here. The staff are argumentative and almost seem to enjoy being completely unhelpful. Most recently I did a wash load and there was NO WATER. They told me I should have switched the water from cold to hot. I explained I did not want to do that and anyone who works in a laundromat should probably understand why. The woman's response was "you can't have everything you want." Not kidding this is what they said. Also similar to other reviewers I have been in the laundromat at 10:30 and they have started to badger me about when I would be done. THE POSTED HOURS SAY YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 11. I have also been in there at 9 and they have said I can't put my laundry in- the cutoff is supposed to be 9:30. Never going back. read more

Today made my decision not to come here anymore. The woman about 5'4" blue shirt grey shorts here today I asked her for change for machines. She was so combative about the exact Mack's from and amount I needed. I explained to her three times exactly what I needed and she snatched my money rolled her eyes and cane back with the incorrect amount. As I was trying to explain to her for the fifth time another customer came up to me and said she just went through the same thing with this woman and her being nasty. I noticed the signs about coin shortage but this woman needs to understand that it's a respectful way of speaking to customers. She should also understand that if we weren't coming to this business then she wouldn't have a job nor would your business be operating and especially with COVID going on and businesses not surviving! This was my go to laundromat when I lived in the area. It's clean in here, they have a lot of different sized machines. If you forget dryer sheets or fabric softener they have it all here. The lady I always see there is friendly af. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Highland Park High school so you can go play in their park or walk around the track during the warmer months while your clothes dry. Alternatively, you can go food shopping at the Stop & Shop across the street while you wait. read more

Clean machines. It's all I really am looking for in a laundromat. Until I move to a place with in unit wash and dry, I will be a regular customer at WWW. It's spacious, clean, and has a convenient parking lot in the back. I see that a lot of the other reviews mention rude staff. I actually haven't had a chance to interact with any staff the past 2 times I've been there. However, I do set the bar pretty low for customer service from people working at a laundromat since I usually have minimal interaction with them anyway. If I feel the need, I will update in the future regarding staff. Otherwise, this laundromat has everything I need and is close to home. Couldn't ask for more and am very happy with what they got going on over there. Also, bonus points for the name of the place. read more

Pretty nice laundromat with friendly on-site staff , wash and fold services, and a full array of laundry supplies for sale. Multiple TVs, a clean restroom, lots of seating and tables for clothes folding, modern machines. Extended hours (630 am to 11 pm) 7 days a week. WiFi that works well. the parking lot out back is shared with a restaurant and sometimes full if so try free street parking out front . across the street from a stop n shop grocery so you can get your shopping done while laundry is in the machine. Party on Garth! Party on Wayne! The best thing about this Wash World is the name. Wayne's World is awesome. No doubt. This laundromat isn't as good as Wayne's World, but it's better than Wayne's World 2. I've never had a problem finding an empty washer or dryer. The coin machines are always in good working order. Parking can be tricky since the lot is so small and shared with an Italian place and a few other smaller shops. You can always park across the way at Stop and Shop if you need to. It get's crowded on the weekends so watch out. Also it closes too early, if you ask me. I would like a 24 hour Wash World to suit my hectic life. read more

Extremely alarmed with the lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for their customers.. the one older African American employee is extreme rude and has this reluctant to help attitude. The manager washed his hand with any responsibility when a customer would ask for help. Just today 10am 03/28/2016 I walk in, with my head phones in ear. And all the intentions to wash my clothes and get on with my day. My luck I choose two machines to wash and one of the two is broken, the management team and employee decided not to tell me, i happen to notice them looking my way and talking after I put $6.50 and two cups of soap and one cup of fabric softer into the machine. so "I asked is this machine ok?" She says"we'll know after your wash" with 15min left into the wash it was obvious the machine was faulty and she tells me to leave (my plans aren't to spend all day at a laundromat ) I decided to stop the machine and put my clothes in a new machine. I was only reimbursed for the $6.50 . No apologies, no courtesy laundry soap. Apparently "it's not their problem".. So needless to say I'll no longer patronize this business and would super suggest no one does. I put up with nasty attitudes for some time now and it's fine cause I usually come in and go... but if they're willing to rob their customers of money and exhibits poor professional etiquette... A sphincter says what? Lakewash across the street turned me away two hours before closing time. I discovered this place and it has changed my dreaded laundry washing experience. I despise laundromats. Free coffee, Wi-Fi, multiple tv's without telemundo blasting, clean, lots of seating and folding tables, machines with everything you need for laundry, and really friendly staff. I also noticed that they have lots of live plants around the room.. nice touch. If only all laundromats were like this.. read more

Whether the shameless, jealous guy from the laundromat across the street who voted funny for this review likes it or not, this is a great laundromat! CLEAN FAST CONVENIENT! I have been doing my laundry here for a few months now, and I have always been satisfied. There are vendor machines, change machines, a big parking lot in the back, Wifi, tv, ac, and most importantly, this laundromat is relatively clean! Machines are clean and smell good, and I have never seen one out of service. There is always plenty of washers and driers available. Washing cycle is 20 minutes but you can add few extra minutes of wash with a quarter. It is also great that there are nice restaurants nearby, so you can get a quick lunch while doing laundry! Wash dry and fold takes me 1.5 hour which is fairly fast, but they also offer wash n fold service if you are super busy. I haven't had any issues with the staff so far since I never had any interactions with them, but they seem to be nice. read more

Specially requested that certain clothes belonging to certain people be washed separately. When we got our bags returned to us, the clothes were mismatched in all different bags. Upon return some of the socks had shrunk significantly. Very disappointed, will not be returning. read more

What a great place! I go back to Jersey about twice a month and need a place to do my laundry when I'm there. I was worried about going to a laundromat, but this place is really awesome! It's under new ownership, very clean place, machines are new, plenty of parking and the staff is very helpful too. usually clean. newer machines. more expensive than other places, but well maintained. but i had to stop going here because on not one, not two but on THREE occasions, they closed the place hours before posted closing time, with my clothes inside the building. yes, hourS plural. only once was i given an explanation and it went something like "my boss said i don't have to hang around if no one is here." so yeah, i get that it can be annoying if lots of people forget their stuff and you're hanging around for nothing. you can even make a policy where customers are required to hang around the entire time but then PUT UP A SIGN. let people know that if they go to their apartment a block away rather than stare at their spinning clothes, they risk having their stuff locked up in the building until they have time to come back and get it. read more

I have been a customer of Wayne's Wash World 3 about a dozen times over the past year. I have a breathing impairment and I am not able to do my own laundry. I dropped 10 pounds of cotton t shirts and other all cotton short sleeve shirts on Tuesday 8/21. About 45 minutes later the attendant called and said she had washed and dried my laundry TWO TIMES but couldn't get it clean. First of all, she lied; you cannot wash and dry a load of cotton tshirts twice and dry them twice in a span of 45 minutes. As to why she could not get them clean? Maybe they don't use laundry detergent on their wash and fold customers to save money? The following morning, the owner called me and was verbally abusive. So he either doesn't mind that Racist Discrimination goes on at Wayne's Wash World 3, or that up to now the attendants were working in cahoots and making a fool out of him by keeping their Racist stuff hidden from him. However, turns out there have been prior complaints about the attendants at Wayne's Wash World being Racist and Discriminating against people who are not Hispanic. If you can drive to somewhere else to do your laundry, you should. Wayne's Wash World has become a hostile place where the attendants are full of Racist Hate and Discrimination. The way this ended was, I was so concerned at how the Attendants there are to non Hispanics that I asked the Highland Park Police Department to accompany me in picking up my laundry, which they gladly obliged. So I needed a police escort to go back in that horrible place to pick up and pay for my Laundry. And even then it wasn't very clean, after two (supposed) washings. read more

Super rude employees here. Came in to wash two extra large dog beds. Washed them in the big washers, separately, despite the ridiculously high price, to make sure that they are clean and dry-ish before I pop them in the dryer. I transport said beds over to the dryer, and this rude attendant (older woman) comes out of the woodwork to complain to me about water that wasnt spun out of the beds in the big, expensive washer. Then she wants to play 21 questions with me about what I'm washing. Mmmm if your washer's spin cycle isn't great, that's not my problem, and mind your own business. For all you know I'm washing something really personal. She then copped an attitude and told me I should dry dog beds in the big, expensive dryer. Sorry chick, I plan to air dry these overnight, not drop more coin at your hostile laundromat.
