Some good tunes, typical for them. Then all of a sudden I heard the dj call out 91.5 FM, WNYE. What? A good radio station in New York? Huh. Well yes, in conjunction with the excellent KEXP on the West Coast, New York City's radio station has become as hip as their TV station. Anyone who enjoys watching New York Noise will enjoy this radio station. I think I'm better with restaurant reviews, because I know that music is so subjective and requires different syntax, but anyway, I encourage everyone to give WNYE a try, so that the next mayor will give as much credence to the youth of New York as this one obviously does. New York needs it. It works. Listen up!

Furthermore, any work that has been done it's a slap job from friends. Nobody licensed this building despair. Many units have been affected with water issues no heat hot water for over 30 years. Literally we just received the mobile boiler unit. Elevator never works. We have elderly people here that are literally stuck in their this woman has gone into units and removed people's belongings, which is an illegal eviction. She's changed locks to this building. Gave anyone a copy and that's the main entrance to the I recently survived the fire and a flood shortly after replacing what was lost in the fire, my landlord provided me with a falsified documents and in that document she wanted to raise my rent just so she can gain more money I refuse to sign. I refuse to submit that I am currently seeking a class action lawsuit as I am not the only tenant in this building and we have come together to put a stop to this. We have scaffolding around our building due to the fact someone was already a brick and there's still no work being done on this building. There's mold and several unit units that have children. Affected healthwise there's elderly people that are mistreated because they don't have a voice and God help me if I have to be that voice to make this changed and so be it. Game on I've been living here for 6+ years now there's people that have been living in these conditions for 30+ years. Recently, she made comments online regarding the death of Charlie Kirk that were not only deeply inappropriate but also crossed a line into what can only be described as cyberbullying. While I will not repeat the specific content of her message due to its offensive and highly disrespectful nature, I believe it is important to call attention to behavior that is entirely unacceptable ,! especially from someone in a professional role at a globally recognized company. Regardless of one's personal views, mocking or using someone's death as an opportunity to ridicule others is cruel and morally wrong. It's troubling to see someone in a position of influence and responsibility using social media in this way. This behavior reflects poorly not just on the individual, but on the company that employs them. There must be a higher standard of conduct, especially from those who are tasked with representing their organization in any capacity. Cyberbullying, harassment, and hate speech ,particularly around the sensitive topic of someone's death , should never be tolerated, under any circumstances. I sincerely hope Bloomberg LP takes this matter seriously and looks into the appropriateness of this employee's actions. There should be accountability for online behavior that causes harm and promotes hostility, especially from those in corporate leadership or recruitment roles. In times like these, empathy and professionalism should prevail , not cruelty. Also, looks like I'm not the only one she's reaching out to... saw she send another disturbing message to an influencer.

Some have been more interesting to me than others, but they all have two people talking to each other. It's an organization that's taking stories from all different Americans for storage at the Library of Congress. An audible history bank of sorts. All sorts of stories told. They have an app and you can do it yourself on the app. Recently the touring Storycorps airstream came to Buffalo for a month or so. I immediately secured one of the interview spots for two family members. Neither born American, one has lived here for over 50 years - having done graduate studies here. The other visiting from South America. They went through the process and it was great. Well organized and very comfortable. This is a terrific project.

Entering the building requires some form of picture ID and after the secuirty staff takes some information down you will be directed to the elevators in the back. Emmis broadcasting is located on one floor of this building and the waiting room is nice but on the small side. There is only one small couch but no crowd of people when I arrived. The staff members can be found in a small office encased in glass which Im sure is bulletproof. There was no wait to be seen thankfully and reception was pretty fast at handling things.
