I have sent many emails to channel 3 and messages to the new trying to get help anyway I can with this and not 1 response not 1 emails not 1 phone call I have tried numerous times with the police station at the courthouse small claims court told me I have a good case but the judge said it's not small claims I would have to go to court house to file paperwork and still waiting I feel like they will get by with everything day do to everyone and I have met other people that have been done the same way by A1 Towing and recovery Rick and Sam Serhal how many people that they steal from and get by with it Rick text me back in 2020 told me to give him 3000.00 and I met him at the bank in Belmont were I know there was a bank officer was working at she did write me a statement which you can clearly see on here. Her information is also on there officer Easter.was told by his superior to stand down do not make an arrest do not give Hooper a report.this is my trucks and tools that I use to work with they have done this to alot of people and they continue to get away with it by paying off the court system. The first mediation hearing was in 2021 when I filed paperwork for small claims court the court mediator/lawyer took a $2000 brave audio video camera.which didn't get reported like it never happened he was told to turn his self in to the bar association like that ever happened. Powell not to make an arrest when I finally got a report. It didn't make any sense to me I call officer Easter and he told me he didn't write the report Powell did it so I did call the police station and ask for help 10,7,2020 but I was done wrongfully. I watch WBTV every day, every lunch, and every night. You all are the best! I like your news, your weather, and your sports, some of the time. The staff seems to be bias for UNC, and you should know there are 4 ACC schools in N.C. On Tuesday evening Nov. 8th Duke beat Kentucky at the beginning of the season 118-84. The next day nothing was said at all about Duke's commanding performance. I thought that was pretty low, being that I am a Dukie. Tonight at the 6:00 segment, more was said about UNC and left no time to say a word about Duke. So I would hope the sports casters do a better job including all of our ACC schools, not just UNC all the time. You all should be fair and balanced.
