This business appears to pick and choose which clients or cases they want to deal with, yet can't manage the basic courtesy of informing someone if they are unable or unwilling to help. That is incredibly unprofessional. I was optimistic based on the reviews, but this experience was a complete waste of time. It's 2026--there is no excuse for this level of disorganization and lack of communication.
