The caps were never delivered, even after months of delays and repeated follow-ups. The company agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund, but after more than five months we still haven't received our money. Our messages have gone unanswered, and the lack of follow-through has been really disappointing -- especially for a nonprofit counting on those funds to support our mission.

If you are looking to have something annealed by these folks, make sure it is completely flat otherwise the product will look bad. I had two axes done for a wedding, one was a complete hot mess and the other was half of my idea but passable. In the future i will look for better craftsmanship. If i was the craftsman i would have never let a product out of my shop looking like this and by no means would i have charged for it if i did. In the future i will not be using these guys for my products and if i were you i would try another vendor if you have a choice.
