He REFUSED to make any effort to do anything with my pay stubs. In all my years, I've never had a bank want bank statements over pay stubs. EVER. That's just outrageous to me. That only his banks wanted bank statements over pay stubs. He didn't even want a year to date statement. Like what? To continue, the price of the vehicles are INSANELY over priced. Anyone who does any research can see that. I looked at marketplace values, KBB values, Edmund's values, and more. Their prices were nearly TWICE the value of the actual vehicle. That is just mind blowing to me and he couldn't explain to me why the prices were so high for such old vehicles. These vehicles were 10 to 15 years old and they were asking $12k and UP. No. I could buy the same vehicle for maybe $3k to $5k anywhere else. Place is a rip off. Please. Do your research before you buy here! UPDATE: Found out that they ran a HARD inquiry against my credit without my consent. I hadn't even picked out a vehicle. Didn't have the info they claimed I had to have. Recently ((January 2025) I was pulled over by a police officer and given a warning because the stickers for the month and year were reversed on the license plate; I told the officer that I had no idea this happened because it was taken care of by the dealer at pruchase. When I called David at Auto Leader he was borderline disinterested in the conversation at first not even acknowledging they made an error. (as if I wouuld call about this falsly out of the blue and as if I did not buy a car from him that was not cheap!) This made me annoyed. He then told me I needed to come in and they would try to fix it. I asked if he could come to my work place, 2 blocks from their shop, and he could fix it there. He refused and said he was trying to seve me time and aggravation over having to go to MVA for new stickers. His solution was in no way saving me time and aggravation already caused by the error, and in the future to get it fixed. His attitude was terrible- he accused me of "pointing fingrer". I would be VERY CAREFUL about doing business with this complany, especially if you want a company with customer services that stands behind their work.

They stated they would pick it up. We called several times to remind them. I called again today only to be told it was too late for us to return it as they have a policy of 30 days to return. The part was delivered May 29, 2026, we made the first call on June 3, 2026. I was transferred to the manager he put me on hold several times and then came back stating no calls came from our business number. Well, we do not use the business number, we use our cell phones to make calls. He stated he did not have time to look up all the numbers, we should have kept calling. it has been over 30 days and they would not accept a return on it. We should not be penalized for them not doing their job! Do not do business with them! They say one thing and then do another. Very poor business practice!
