My "Check Engine" light turned on, and my engine wasn't feeling/sounding "normal," as I noticed while sitting at red lights. I remembered that just the other day I'd had difficulty starting my car--a problem I had not had before. Was it safe to drive my car to the airport on this frigid cold Maryland night? I pulled over to figure out my next course of action. I thought it would be safe to at least have a car service station check out the meaning of the "Check Engine" light, since it was still before 5. I used Google Maps to find one nearby, and by complete LUCK, it seems, Maven Motors was just a few blocks away. They were so friendly and welcoming! It was just before closing, and yet they were super accommodating. Eli checked out my engine light on the spot and said it would need servicing. I told them I was doing a lot of traveling and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Eli confirmed it was safe to make my trip to the airport, giving me peace of mind. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, and they gave me a ride home, for free. They identified other issues, including a problem with a past repair from another shop that did not use the right parts! I thought the price they quoted was quite reasonable. Today they dropped my car off in front of my home and handed me my keys. How's that for customer service? They were quick to respond to my questions, whether by phone or email. I am very, very impressed! I plan to remain a customer of Maven Motors. Thank you!

As someone who has bought and sold cars in the past, I've seen my fair share of dealerships, but this one truly stands out, thanks in large part to Sean's professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. From the moment I reached out, Sean was responsive and attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, and didn't try to push me toward any options that weren't a perfect fit. It was clear from the beginning that he had my best interests in mind, rather than just trying to make a quick sale. What really impressed me was Sean's knowledge and no-pressure approach. He walked me through every detail of the cars I was interested in, explaining the pros and cons of each model, and even giving me a deeper insight into the specific history of each vehicle. He was candid about the pricing structure, financing options, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. It's rare to find a salesperson who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely focused on making sure the customer is fully informed and comfortable with every decision. The entire process--from test-driving to negotiating to finalizing the deal--was smooth and hassle-free. Sean made sure I felt at ease every step of the way, and his honesty made me feel confident that I was getting a fair deal. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, he made sure everything was explained in detail and went above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood all of the terms and conditions. Beyond the sale itself, what stood out was how Sean continued to follow up after the purchase. He checked in to make sure I was happy with my new car, which was a nice touch that shows just how much he cares about his customers even after the deal is done. If you're looking for a high-quality, stress-free car-buying experience, I can't recommend Sean Brockington at Exclusive Motors enough. He's a true professional who is dedicated to making sure his customers leave satisfied, and he's earned my trust for any future car purchases. If you're in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and reach out to him--you won't be disappointed!

I purchased a 2014 car from US Motors in October 2016. On November 23 I was in an accident where my…read morerear bumper got hit and damaged. The person who hit me accepted fault and I brought my car in to the shop for repairs. The mechanic had to remove the whole bumper in order to ensure quality repair and that there was no underline damage from my car accident. After removing the bumper, they were sickened by what they saw. My car was in a very bad accident prior to me purchasing it. The whole rear body panel and trunk of my car was crushed and rusted and not repaired from previous accident. The mechanic showed me that the previous accident damage came all way to the back door's rear mirror and where traces of damages could be seen unseen underneath the crappy painting job used to cover the damage. Come to find out they covered the damage with a new looking bumper, and carpeted trunk and paint. I was sold a Lemon! I found this out less than 2 months after purchasing this car. I went into the office and asked to speak with a manager. He was very dismissive, insulting and unbelievably rude and told me there's nothing he can do and walked away. I asked the director to contact the mechanic, he too hung up on them without them giving them the chance to explain the damage on my car. The mechanic gave me an estimate of over $5400 to repair the damages I bought the car with. They are unable to repair my bumper as they are also a MD inspection site and now considers my car unsafe to drive and questions the validity as to whether or not my vehicle was truly inspected by the state as even a few things are missing which are needed to pass state inspection. Also note that the carfax report I was given states nothing about prior rear damage or accident. I am now stuck with a $400 car payment, payed them $2000 cash downpayment and my car is sitting in a garage and cannot be driven. I will pursue this further, and will attach pictures. I would absolutely hate for anyone to have to go through this by doing business with US Motors. Take your business elsewhere! Be warned!!!

On 12/19 at noon I notified a young lady via phone at us motors that I was running a bit behind & informed her that I would have to reschedule my appointment for 3pm the earliest (same day). She stated it would be OK to come to dealership at either 3 or 4pm. I arrived at dealership at 4pm and she stated that the vehicle of interest (2006 Lexus GS 300) was not available. She walks into an office & I over hear a gentleman tell her that the car is not for sale & there nothing he can do about it. She returns from the office & asks if there was any other car that I am interested in, as the owner Paul still has the vehicle. A gentleman who sits at a desk to the right of the entry way states, "if the numbers look right. The owner can bring the car back". I expressed my dissatisfaction with driving to Baltimore from DC on a witch hunt for a car that's listed on its website, but not for sale. Along with the inconsideration of scheduling a test drive for said vehicle. No apologies from any of the representatives from us motors. And the nerve to ask me to fill out a credit application & negotiate a price for a vehicle unseen. Folks. This place has #Shady written all over it. #Beware. I gave it a 1 star only because I had to rate it to write my review. US Motors doesn't deserve a star at all. Bad business.

What's with all the bad reviews? I'm sure some are legitimate, but if you go through and read them,…read morethey just seem like unhappy people. My experience has been good from purchase to service. I bought a Porsche Cayenne from Jason Jacovsky, knowledgable polite awesome guy. Six months later I had to go back and fix the transfer case (known issue with porsche, not dealer's fault). Only thing that sucked was the 12 month warranty only covers up to $2000, so I had to pay an extra $2100 out of pocket. Of course I'm sure it was disclosed in my contract, I just didn't bother to read it. They gave me a loaner car, had it fixed in a few days. Overall, sales department is good and service department is good. Very nice, polite, and professional. Thanks everyone!!

So the next day after i pick up my car, I notice a noise in the RIGHT front end, clicking , screeching So I call Marlene and tell her, she says bring the car back in , but before 8am so Harvey has time to test drive the car. Well that was impossible because my only day off was Sunday, mind you I just started a new job 2 weeks prior because I lost mine when the car got stolen because I couldn't make it to work for 3 days . I made them aware of this also. Finally I'm off of work for week, but Dp was Harvey, I was told to bring the car back when he got out of surgery. All along the noise in the right end is worse the suspension is feeling awful. Welp ! I just took my car back over when I could , months later, but I wasn't waiting for the 8am requirement any longer ! Immediately Harvey looks at the car & says, "this car is out of alignment, it was perfect when it left like it was MY fault! Gives me a loaner and hits me with a $1700 estimate! None of the work had anything to do with the noise in the front end! So ask about the noise, he said t,"the ball joints are dry, I'll grease them when If you get the other work done here. and he was gonna throw the alignment in too. Bless his heart ! He was gonna do me a solid! So i said "nah I'll park it , when my taxes come back I'll bring it in" i had no intentions! So i parked my car, then Covid happened! During that time we did all the work he was going to charge $1700 for for less than $700 ! Except the ball joint lube! I take the car to 4 mechanics, all of them insisting that it unethical to align a car with bad ball joints, the ball joints were damaged upon collision especially if they had to replace the rack , tires and rims! They all four assured me it is against manufacturers recommendation to lube those ball joints, if they are dry , they are bad! Replacing a rack on a car with front end collision and 93k miles and not replacing the ball joints is why it's out of alignment!! They all four said , " the car shouldn't be on the road and he knew it! Even after he was going to get rid of the noise with grease but not the problem, align the car again, wait for me to bring it back out of alignment and nail me to have the ball joints replaced! But hey , he wasn't gonna charge me to rig my ball joints and align my car knowing it wouldn't remain aligned in the first place! So here it is 7 months later .....that little noise that just needed some grease has caused a domino effect f issues with my front end! Don't bother coming here! They are blood suckers!
