Not too bad considering that there is a lack of taxi services in Sullivan County. Just when they tell you 30 minutes for pickup, it can stretch to over an hour or more. I understand that there is a lack of drivers, which is a shame that the people cry lack of jobs in this County. Never in my life have met a group of more unprofessional and uncouth individuals. Today at about 5:30pm I was picked up for a MEDICAL TRANSPORT trip to the HOSPITAL which to say the least a bit unsettling. I can tell the second this girl pulled away from my apartment that someone had pissed in her corn flakes this morning lol. She was was driving very erratically speeding in low speed zones slamming on the breaks coming into stop lights just completely immature and juvenile mindset this place in my opinion should vet there drivers a little better read more

Unfortunately, I can't give a negative star rating. They complain about non-medallion owned companies taking their calls (wanting law enforcement to crack down on this issue) but they tell you 2 hours for a ride if you're lucky to get someone to answer the phone. Being a disabled senior, one cannot wait outside a shopping center for two hours waiting for them to MAYBE show up. If you call back after a two hour wait they will tell you anywhere from another 30 minutes to an hour (with an attitude, nonetheless!) If someone alse shows up during their 2 hour allotted time frame, I'm gonna take it especially if there is inclement weather conditions going on! This happens during winter months as well as the "busy summer season." Changing the name to We Care isn't a Sure Way to get quality service. read more

I'm so tired of this cab company and their excuses on why they can't fulfill a cab almost 2 hrs ahead of closing. Everytime you call you will get a different story. There have been times I've waited 2 hrs and then the driver says they've had no calls all day. The owner of this business should really look into what her dispatchers are doing at night specifically. Cabs should be available weekend nights. Normally the people who answer the phone are at the least polite except for some guy that randomly answers the phone here and there (Jason). Overall, there should be no reason why my reservations are never on time and can't seem to get a 10 min cab ride because reservations have to be on time. Call Community Taxi. I've used this cab service a few times they're always late, and can never seem to answer the phone. I just waited at my pick up destination for over a half hour before I was told they were on their was at that point I was already late to where I was going so I started walking I'd rather not use them at all. they also have a monopoly over the area so don't try calling any other cab service because you'll always be directed to we cares dispatchers. read more

When I did have to use a taxi this was the one I'd call. They sent you a message when the driver was on the way and when the driver arrived. They never made you wait hours on end like sureway taxi. Vans were clean and drivers nice. read more

The owner Chrissy powers is not a very nice person she is very spiteful and vindictive and just an all around ugly person from the heart. My wife who is now an ex employee of Ms.powers unfortunately was in an accident while transporting a client. I have been traveling for work for the past 20 years so I have dealt with many cab companies. These guy are top notch. I needed a ride last minute to Stewart Airport for some unplanned travel during inclement weather and they were able to accommodate me immediately - at a decent price. They showed up on time and ready to go. They keep in communication via text so you can travel without the stress of wondering if your cab will be there. When my return flight was delayed and delayed, the response I received was "would you like some coffee when you arrive?" I was amazed. It's almost as if they recognized I was a human being who wanted to be brought home to his family - not an annoying client delaying them from finishing their shift. i have been taking we care for years and at first they were great but now that it's we care and Sureway they are pieces of crap. they tell you one time and are either way earlier than they say or way later than they say. then you call and set the taxi up ahead of time to go to work and you set it up for an hr before you even have to be there and there not even close to picking you up and you call and they are like oh they are on the way from loch sheldrake to get you and you call after a half hr and they say they are on the way back from Monticello to get you. like which is it. they are a bunch of damn liars and it's mostly one disbatcher I always have a problem with and it's mostly on Saturday mornings. read more

Simply the best car service in Sullivan County Always respectful, honest about time lines and the cab drivers are happy and respectful. Just goes to show you that the leaders set the tone, and when the example is set, the employees follow, they want to do well, hence the driver pays it forward and with a little luck the customer will follow the example. When one is happy and respectful, smile and show concern for the customers, that's set by the leaders. Never once heard a driver complain. They also have a great program and send text messages letting you know when on way and when they arrive. They don't just keep telling you ten minutes when you been calling for an hour. Ive had multiple issues with this company and their work ethic and excuses for what they all do SUCK. So the company is suppose to let you RESERVE. If you reserve you get the cab fare for a dollar cheaper... for me it doesnt go that way. They charge me full price like i just ordered the cab. Also, when i do reserve they end up coming about 10 minutes late or 10 minutes early NEVER ON TIME. And if they come early GUESS WHAT? THEY CHARGE YOU WAIT TIME! That's complete bullshit to me. How are you going to show up almost 20 minutes BEFORE my scheduled time and due to me not being ready i get charged wait time as well. Gee thanks! They also CONTINUOUSLY charged the wrong card over and over when i specifically told them the last 4 digits of the card I wanted them to use. But no instead they charged my fiances card over and over when it didnt have money in it and GOT HIS CARD LOCKED!! And they had the AUDACITY to tell me that "I am no longer allowed to use my card to charge because of the multiple declines under my name"... they also put a note under my file so every single dispatcher never lets me use my card which is BULLSHIT because you guys continuously ignore my requests and charge the wrong card over and over as if charging it 60 times is gonna make money appear in the card YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSE TO BE CHARGING ANYWAY! ALSO here comes the best part.... if they don't feel like dealing with you they'll put you on hold and then just hang up 2 seconds after putting you on hold. So of course I am going to call back... but they keep putting me on hold and clicking the hang up button.. im not stupid... and if you call back enough and annoy the shit out of them they'll throw you on hold and leave you there untill you can no longer wait anymore. I sat on hold for 20 fucking minutes just to be hung up on again. That's so wrong to do especially if i rely completely on my reservations with you guys TO GET TO WORK!! I used this company to go to everywhere! They have fast service, their drivers are polite, the vans are clean, and they're very accommodating. The drivers always allow me to pick the music and temperature in the car. I would deff recommend them! read more
