Called their number to speak with the owner, I spoke to dispatch who was very nice at first... and then when I asked for the drivers name, he also refused to give it to me. I asked for his name, he told me. Then I asked if the owners name was Matthew, he said no. It's Luke. Stated I would like to talk with him and asked what their business hours are. The dispatcher then said I could resolve my complaint with him and that I didn't need to contact the owner. I disagreed politely and told Steve I would rather contact the owner at this point. He then went on to say it's by appointment only and I'm not guaranteed to speak with the owner so I could talk to him. I declined. Will be following up for an appointment to speak with Luke.
