I didn't realize it until after I was on the road. Took it back 3 days later and they magically found a cam pin was broken off so they couldn't adjust the one driver side front caster. Started hearing a popping noise a few days later when I turned it to the left coming from the front driver side tire. Made an appt for 3pm. I got there, explained the situation. The technician said "I'm pretty sure we don't do anything with the control arms during alignments and that we just to the tie rod ends but I could be wrong." Tells me he was down a tech and it'd be about a 30 min wait. I said fine, I'll be back. 530pm I call to see if it's done, he says it hasn't even been looked at and wouldn't be looked at before they close tonight because the only tech he has on after 5pm is a maintenance only tech and can't touch the machine. I'm sorry what!? Whats the point in employing a technician if they can't do full work? Especially since this is likely an issue that you've caused and this is the third time I'm coming back within 2 months! Stay far away from the Dover Firestone. They're putting your safety and money at risk.

From the minute I walked in, I could see this was a serious shop! They put all my info in their system and the computer will automatically send me a text when it's time for service and it calbrates it's notifications when it understands it's waiting too long or not long enough It learns to adjust. Work I needed was carefully explained especially when there is a cheaper route that they didn't recommend, and I was explained why the more expensive route was best and offered ways to complete the work over time, at my own pace if I didn't want to spend that much at once. I don't know much about rotors and even after just 1 visit, I had no doubt that what he was recommending was for value over cost and without hesitation, I went with their recommendations. That is what Ilike best! service is fast, and they are all super friendly and courteous and the prices are correct.
