Jeremiah was quick to provide me with a professional quote. Also he was available the same week. He sent me some info on his company as well as how i should prep my house. Not much prep to do really, just the obvious. I was thrilled that Jeremiah sent me to his website bc I was surprised and delighted by it. At that point I KNEW I picked the right company. Today was our first day having Jeremiah (and Sam) clean our windows. I didn't realize my windows could literally sparkle, but they definitely did when On the Spot Window Cleaning completed the job! I'm ecstatic with the final product, but this may come as a surprise to readers, I am even more impressed by Jeremiah's business ethic. When I left my original message inquiring about his service, he returned my call immediately (and on a Sunday no less)! He explained the schedule and pricing and set up our first appointment, which was today. He emailed us the day before to give us his eta. Then texted when he was within a half hour of arriving. I don't know about you, but that kind of professionalism is very much appreciated these days. We used another window cleaner for the past year and could never be sure when they would show up; i.e., no set schedule. With four dogs, we really need to know when service people will be on our property for everyone's safety.
