Kyle was amazing from the very beginning. I hired Kyle based on the fact that he provided a…read morereasonable estimate for the replacement of some O2 sensors for a 2006 Nissan frontier king cab that my son was driving. The error code that it was throwing was the O2 sensor but I wanted to validate and make sure. Kyle came out diagnosed the issue right away saying that unfortunately exhaust codes can be many different things and not necessarily just the O2 sensor so he ran multiple tests, smoke tests and found a number of different issues that he took care of along the way from valve covers and fuel sensors as well as replaced the up and downstream O2 sensors. This whole process took a couple of weeks as he needed to order parts and then retest based on the replacement of those parts, but that's pesky O2 error would not leave. Kyle must've come back to my house at at least 8 to 9 times over a six month period to try to solve this issue all along, not charging the additional time because the original diagnosis seemed to be very simple. I paid Kyle along the way for the parts and his labor, but he refused to continue to charge labor for coming out and retesting until the error was fixed despite sometimes the best mechanics can have reoccurring troubles and be stumped as to why codes keep throwing finally after approximately seven months of going back-and-forth with Kyle's schedule to come out and look at the truck. He replaced one side of a cat with a remanufactured version and the code finally cleared for good. I never heard from Kyle after that as I still owe him for that cat converter, but I can tell you right now that he is probably the best mobile mechanic in all of middle Tennessee that I've ever experienced despite his young age. He is a true man of integrity, character, and perseverance.

My elderly neighbor, whose car I keep running, and borrow when I need to go somewhere, had the…read moregearshift locked up, along with the ignition and the brake pedal. I know how to remedy this to diagnose it, but it was soooooooo freaking cold I was unable to complete the removal of the console in order to get to the brake and shift cables going to the gearshift. Literally fearing frostbite, I had to gather up my tools and head inside to thaw... and tell said neighbor that she's going to have to call her roadside assistance for a tow to my favorite garage (Tire and Muffler USA!). Had I been able to complete my task, I could have had it running and working and driven there myself, but... They sent Prossers and the amazing Garcia... and between my new best bud and myself, we managed to get the Kia onto his flatbed and on its way!
