It is so hard to find anything automotive to where you have faith in what you are being told. I…read morereally think this place is all about just trying to make money, not tell the truth. Every single person for 3 hours while I was there, was told "their tire was at end of life" and they needed new ones. Please tell me how EVERY person that walked through that door had the same exact end of life tires? I had a rough day and had to get towed here, for a screw in the tire. I was told I would maybe have to wait 1.5 hours. By the time it was all said and done it was closer to 3 hours of my time wasted here. To beat it, they didn't even check tire pressure on any other tire than the ones that had to be replaced. So when I drove off, 2 tires were still low. It appears to be a bunch of high school males working here who pay zero attention to detail, hence not even checking tire pressures. Maybe if the adults are working, there would be a better experience. Definitely not the case during the summer though. Be warned!

The maintenance item I need couldn't be done due to a minor repair I needed done first. They didn't try and upsell the repair and didn't try and charge me just for looking at it. Easiest experience, was simple, quick and efficient was able to be completed during my lunch break! True honest workers, did not take advantage or over charge me. Did not try to up sell me. I truly can say I got to sit back, relax and catch up on my audio book without worrying. (It was a beautiful day and I appreciated that they put a chair outside!) Today, I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Jacob took great care of me by checking all of my tires and filling them with air. The best part was that it was completely free of charge. I even tried to pay, but they insisted it was on them. It's rare to find businesses that provide such friendly, efficient, and honest service. I asked the guy at the desk if they had time for an oil change and how much it would cost. He said yes they had time and started to roll through a list of questions. Once he got to the end of the questions, he asked for my keys and said it should be finished in about an hour. Completely skipped the part about the quote. So I reminded him that I needed to know how much it was going to cost. It was about $40 more than I typically pay at Valvoline. Between the cost, the emptiness of the location, and the overall reviews, I decided to move on. It would have been convenient, but I didn't have much confidence that the job would be done correctly.
