Kyle was amazing from the very beginning. I hired Kyle based on the fact that he provided a…read morereasonable estimate for the replacement of some O2 sensors for a 2006 Nissan frontier king cab that my son was driving. The error code that it was throwing was the O2 sensor but I wanted to validate and make sure. Kyle came out diagnosed the issue right away saying that unfortunately exhaust codes can be many different things and not necessarily just the O2 sensor so he ran multiple tests, smoke tests and found a number of different issues that he took care of along the way from valve covers and fuel sensors as well as replaced the up and downstream O2 sensors. This whole process took a couple of weeks as he needed to order parts and then retest based on the replacement of those parts, but that's pesky O2 error would not leave. Kyle must've come back to my house at at least 8 to 9 times over a six month period to try to solve this issue all along, not charging the additional time because the original diagnosis seemed to be very simple. I paid Kyle along the way for the parts and his labor, but he refused to continue to charge labor for coming out and retesting until the error was fixed despite sometimes the best mechanics can have reoccurring troubles and be stumped as to why codes keep throwing finally after approximately seven months of going back-and-forth with Kyle's schedule to come out and look at the truck. He replaced one side of a cat with a remanufactured version and the code finally cleared for good. I never heard from Kyle after that as I still owe him for that cat converter, but I can tell you right now that he is probably the best mobile mechanic in all of middle Tennessee that I've ever experienced despite his young age. He is a true man of integrity, character, and perseverance.

WARNING! Do NOT use "Priority Wrecker Service" tow company for any reason at all unless you want to…read morebe scammed and threatened! I would leave ZERO stars if possible! My tire had a blow out on Monday and we called them for a tow 2 miles down the road to NTB. I was quoted $125 for the hook up and $5 per mile to be towed. When dropped off at NTB we were told the total was $285!!!!!! When I tried discussing the issue with "Dan-O" I was told to pay the total or basically he was taking my car from me (yes I know there are laws to this but that wasn't made clear until my receipt was in hand) and I'd have extra fees. I attached a pic of my receipt to show all the extra fees! I was forced to pay THEIR mileage to get to me (how am I suppose to even know what that was) a fuel surcharge and a photo fee!!! Make it make sense!

Very bad experience with Priority Wrecker Service. Before…read morethe tow, we specifically asked about the rates and were told "don't worry, our rates are low." Based on that, we agreed to the tow. After the job was done, we were presented with a $2,750 bill for towing a bobtail semi-truck only 60 miles, which is extremely excessive. There was no clear price disclosure ahead of time, and the invoice did not properly show mileage or a time breakdown. They demanded immediate payment through Zelle or Cash App and refused to accept a credit card. They also threatened a $550 per hour holding fee if payment was not made immediately. After we paid the bill, the owner then demanded an additional $850. When we refused to pay more money, they dropped our truck in the middle of a parking lot and left, even though they had already taken the payment. The owner was very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. I strongly recommend that drivers and trucking companies get the full written price before allowing this company to tow their equipment.
