The initial consultation provided by Mike was informative. We were given options for the right type of windows for the rooms in our house. He also provided the expense involved before ordering. Partial payment is required to fulfil the order needed for these premium quality materials but it was all worth it and affordable. This company has excellent communication skills. They kept in touch with us for appointment times and how long they would be at our house and they were accurate! They provided professional workmanship to install the new windows, ensuring proper sealing and alignment from the old windows. There was no damage to our drywall on the inside or the siding on the outside of our home. AMAZING!!! The installers made sure you saw the work done before they left. The guy who came to fix them had a really bad attitude as if I was calling him just for kicks or to see his ugly face, after he left , one of the he fixed, wouldn't open, when I did get it open then would't stay open, it slid right back down, the person who sold me the windows came this time to "FIX it"...opened the window to clean PROBLEM BACK, waiting for someone to feel shame for the shabby work and come and once and for all, fix the problem, after all I all ready payed $ nearly $6,000.00. Needles to say I will be calling the Better Business Bureau, there has got to be a way to get to hold them accountable . He came up with multiple options and quoted variable prices ranges and gave an estimate of each products' life span. I took the time to get a few other quotes, but none of the other businesses inspired the confidence or the range of products that this company provided. We agreed on a price and date, I then made a small deposit compared to the size of the job. I got a call two weeks out from the agreed upon timeline and materials were delivered to the job site and I made another payment. With in a week, the business owner and his roofing crew showed up and walked me through the process one more time before starting the work. They installed a black steel roof and eaves trough with gutter guards. The product and workmanship was guaranteed for life. The roofing crew showed up on time every day, ensuring that my property was respected and maintained daily. They were exceptionally polite and wonderful with my children and their curiosity. When the project was completed, the owner walked me through the complete build, ensuring client satisfaction. The completed product was outstanding... I made a final payment on the project at that time. I feel that I have the nicest roof in the neighbourhood, and it should last me a lifetime...
