The person on the phone could not look that info up then so she advised me - we would call you a day before your appointment and we can find this info the . No calls until 4.30 pm the day before, when I called in. The lady says - yes I have not been able to make my calls yet. When I asked about how much I would owe for my visit tomorrow. She says - I can tell you when you come in tomorrow. I said - I like to avoid surprises before my visit. She mentions - we don't have you insurance info here. She proceeds to tell me - she has 2 other patients in the office. So she is not sure if she can get the payment info for me. This is not a good way to make the first impression. Please follow through on what you committed. 1. The insurance info provided at the appointment booking should be saved. 2. Patients should not have to chase the payment info. You should be able to provide atleast an estimate (we understand this info can change) 3. Finally, why would you make it so shady and not be transparent about how much you would be charging. Customers have a right to transparent charges information. I really was looking forward to this and I hope they improve their new customer experience.

I only went to 2 appointments out of the whole month that I paid for. Mind you there was 3 weekly appointments that they recommended so in total almost 12. However, once I realized what the actual issue(osteomyelitis) was and not their awful misdiagnosis... I had to be admitted to the hospital. So naturally because I pre paid for a service that I am no longer needing (due to being on antibiotics) I asked for a refund for the REMAINDER of the funds that I did not use. This has been a battle since June of this year.... their office is sneaky!!! the insurance case manager never emails me back when I reach out, when I try to call she gives me some BS reason why I can't get the money "YET"... and they have done nothing to try and refund my money that they OWE ME. This is ridiculous... we are in a pandemic... my money is already stretch absolutely thin and on top of the medical bills that piled up bc they wasted my time and my infection got worse than it needed... So please do yourself a favor and do not come to this facility. Your time and money will be wasted. Also all of the equipment there is definitely 30-40+ years old..... so I'm sure your money could be spent better elsewhere into someone's pocket who actually deserves and actually cares about their clients not just $$$

I mainly use doctor Potter- he is great at explaining what is going on. Dr. Wong is also great. I just rotate through the docs and massage staff. And Mr. Waldo.....runs the electro stim/heat therapy/traction area with his assistants- also great. Highly recommend you try this before you go to an orthopedic who will stick you or cut you. A health professional should never rush through a treatment session because they have other patients waiting. My appointment as scheduled for 11:00, I arrived 10 minutes early only to find a hand written sign on the door stating that the office would be open at 10:45, it was opened at 11:00 and I wasn't seen until 11:15. There was no empathy or care for me at all, I was an item on an assembly line. Upon arriving Dr. Koris said nothing after I greeted him, not even a nod or smile of acknowledgment. As a licensed massage therapist who has worked with several chiropractors I would not recommend Protect your Back. I had two operations on my arm, and it still acts up from time to time. I always feel better after seeing them. I also have lower back issues, as do so many. I found one in the Woodlands that had an opening but that experience was terrible! After talking with that chiropractor for 15 minutes, he tells me I have to go across the street to get x-rays and he can see me again later in the afternoon or in the morning. I almost fell off the table! I mocked me when told him waiting to be seen was frustrating. Luckily, he was kind enough to issue a refund. Yes, they made me pay upfront! Still desperate to find a chiropractor, I called every office near me. I got to Champions Chiropractic Center and not only did they answer the phone, but they had an opening in an hour! It was such a relief to walk in the office to see smiling faces, people willing to help, and genuine care and concern for my well-being. The staff was very attentive. Dr. Royse is a seasoned, old-school Chiropractor who has seen it all! This was exactly the type of care I was looking for! I highly recommend this practice!
