I am a difficult one to impress. However, Alexander went above and beyond during the process of removing an old couch from my home. He went out of his way and personally came to pick up my couch, as the crew that was scheduled, was running behind. Who does that? It goes to show that their highest priority is to provide excellent customer service!! And since my couch didn't fit through the front door, instead of giving up, he found another way to remove it, even though it was difficult and in the process meant carrying a large sofa over the fence and through the back patio area.
