Seems clean enough. The play structure and ninja course are pretty cool. Staff was super nice. I wish it didn't have a two hour minimum, I wish it was only one hour. It cost me about 50 bucks for two kids and two hours on a Saturday. I made my kids stay the two hours because it cost so much. Tip, I think fifth graders are a tad too old for this place. I would say it's better for nine or younger. Another tip, unlike the last kids play place at the valley mall, you can't drop your kids off, regardless of age. So if your plan is to drop them off so you can walk the mall, that's not the case. (I'm not complaining, just warning) Overall, we had a good experience and it was nice the kids had a place to run around. It is a great place for parties, and for free play. I like how there is always somebody at the door as well to make sure the kids stay safe, along with a stamp program like Chuck E. Cheese. What I don't like is that if they have events where they close it to the public, they 1. Don't tell the public 2. They don't allow for any type of discounts or adjustments to the price. For example, we live 45 minutes away from the valley mall. We drove all the way down for my kids to play there because they've been begging. But they had an event that started in one hour so they said my kids could only play an hour. That was fine, I thought, but they were unwilling to either charge me 50% of the 2 hour minimum charge, or let me pay the full amount for two kids-- which would seem reasonable to me if we were forced to leave for an hour. They wouldn't make any adjustments or help in anyway so we ended up just leaving without going in, which made my kids very upset. I'd think they'd try to work with people but apparently not. 0/5 We had a terrible experience at We Play on a rainy day with our 20-month-old. To start, the pricing is ridiculous. It cost us $17 for our child, $7 for one adult (the other was free), and then $2.99 each for "full grip socks" that we were forced to buy, even though my child already had grip socks that were deemed "not full grip" with a side of "Oh we will let that slide today." Meanwhile, parents who were part of a birthday party were clearly wearing regular shoes without issue. When my husband mentioned he wouldn't even enter the playground, they still insisted he purchase socks. Once we got inside, it was utter chaos. There's no structure or staff oversight. In the toddler section, my son tried to interact with another child while playing with a toy ice cream stand, only to be pushed repeatedly by the other child. This happened three times before the other parent finally intervened--after we called out for them. Most parents were sitting on the sidelines glued to their phones, oblivious to their kids' behavior. The worst part was in the "4 and under" section, where older kids were spinning dangerously fast on a toy, hanging off the sides and running recklessly around it. My son was simply walking nearby when they knocked him over. There was no staff monitoring this area, no one enforcing age limits, and no one available to address safety concerns. This place is a disaster. If you're looking for a safe, structured, and enjoyable environment for your child, do not come here. It's overpriced, poorly managed, and unsafe. We Play really stands out from other children's play areas in several ways. It has a very high standard of cleanliness. You will see the staff cleaning regularly and it shows. Additionally, the security is much higher than other typical indoor playgrounds in the area. They are vigilant about ensuring no child leaves without being matched with their adults via a special stamp that only shows under a special light. The staff is exceptional. Our family has a membership and they know us well. They are so kind and friendly. The amenities are also excellent. There is a great toddler area as well. Our family really enjoys outings to WePlay where we feel safe, secure and highly entertained. read more

Great place for kids in a great location! My kids love it! Price may be a bit higher than expected but I'll happily pay for a clean facility that isn't overcrowded and has a friendly staff! There's also a changing table in the back for those with young kids in an emergency situation (ahem). The couple of times I've had to use it quickly it's been clean and paper towels are available to wipe down the changing pad before and after use. This indoor play place has saved us during the winter months too! read more

Good place for kids to play. I have 3 and 1 year old. They played a lot and had a great time. The food court is nearby. My oldest doesnt look for food normally but after playing a lot he ate a ton of food. I would only recommend that some of the places can be touched up and cleaned up for better upkeep. Not a bad place, it's new to the mall, a month now I believe, I took my 3 year old daughter their and she loved it, she played none-stop for pretty much the whole hour, why only 3 stars, well to start the price per hour is really high and they have a weekday price and a weekend price, weekdays at $12 an hour for 1-2 year olds, and $14 for 3-12 year old, weekends are at $16 an hour for 1-2 year olds, and $18 for 3-12 year olds. You can goto a bounce house for half that, I think if this place wants to survive they need to lower their price, i seen a couple people come look and leave after just seeing the prices, another reason is I'm not sure what they are cleaning with or how often but some of the stuff was sticky to the touch, but looked clean read more

Super fun for kids. We take our grandkids during the week day's. Not overly crowded. Very clean. Friendly staff. It may seem expensive, but how else would they stay in business? Staff, lease payment, equipment, and upkeep.. The quality of the play equipment is high! read more

Clean, friendly and warm. I do not live in Washington but visit often. This play area inside Spokane valley mall is great to break up the day. I have not witnessed anything that would concern me at this play area. 2 hours is plenty time for a child to wear themselves out playing. read more

We recently celebrated my sons birthday here and I am so glad we did. The birthday package that was offered was perfect for what we needed. The personal birthday area was already set up when we arrived, including plates, table cloth, gift table, cubbies for shoes, a cake cutter, and napkins. I was able to just show up and enjoy my sons party and friends. The staff were amazing and the facilities very clean! The manager is an excellent communicator and was able to answer all my questions before the day of my party. The team at We Play were efficient in making sure we had what we needed, that the pizza arrived on time, and making announcements to help bring in my party goers for cake and then later to leave. Best part is when we left they took care of clean up. Im super grateful for the staff at We Play for making my sons birthday a stress free and very fun day. read more

My granddaughter and I are frequent guests here and we both LOVE it. The staff is great, the manager is wonderful and it's so clean for the kids!! My only wish is to have more tables because seating can be a challenge. They have 2 party spaces which take up room but understandable because they do a great party! My son was really excited to go play here. They charge for their special socks only 2 bucks but they also charge for a second adult just to sit in the area 7 dollars. I can't see spending over 20 dollars just for him to play plus an extra 7 dollars just to sit there and watch him play. We walked away until he started crying about not going. I don't think it's right to charge the extra 7 dollars for someone to enjoy the time with their child. Unfortunate, we will just rathergo to flying squirrel instead. read more

This place is great for kids, but it feels like we're getting nickel and dimed each time we're there. During our first experience, we needed to purchase their socks. The socks that we wear at local trampoline parks were not acceptable for "insurance reasons". The second time we were in, my wife wanted to come sit with me while our daughter played. They wanted to charge us $7 for a second adult to sit while the child played. It's a shame, my daughter loves this place but the extra charges are ridiculous. read more

Employees are incredibly RUDE. Treat people with such disrespect! I NEVER leave bad reviews, but two TERRIBLE visits make me feel that others need a warning. They also charge for people to sit with their children. If you have one kid playing and both parents want to come, YOU'LL BE CHARGED EXTRA! I have another child who didn't want to play, but didn't want to be left alone, so I was charged to pay for her to sit with me. You pay for horrible treatment and every item they can gouge you for. My kids love this place! It's a smidge pricey, but for 2 hours of play and how tired my kids are after it seems worth it. It's so so clean and well taken care of and that's huge for me! Every time we've gone we have seen someone cleaning, keep up the good work! read more
