Purchased tickets online as a gift card for our grandkids, employees tried to deny usage as they were 1 week expired. There was no expiration date on the gift card. Still have two that are unused. I had my sons birthday party there last week the party price was over $400 for a table with three pizzas and two drinks the drinks I had to ask for cause they forgot them and it was supposed to come with a stuffed squirrel and a water bottle for my son and he did not get those. I couldn't ask anyone about it because they didn't have enough on and it was impossible to get anybody for anything. The neon jump was fun. They had a blast. I would take them to the neon jump again. We have gone to the Spokane valley Flying squirrel three times in the last two years. Each time a family member sustained an injury while following all the rules. The worst is the high bounce trampoline. Two of my children, aged 13 and 8, both very active and athletic children, jumped on separate high bounce trampolines during our last visit following all the rules and they were above the height limit and yet both of their backs were injured. It has been a week and they still have back pain when running or lifting. The high bounce should not be available to anybody to use if it is not safe. I also hurt my back on the high bounce during a previous trip and I also am very active and have never had back trouble in my life. Now I see it wasn't me it is just that they aren't safe for untrained use. Of course you sign a waiver so they probably never hear about all the injuries caused by these. Waiver or no waiver, they should provide things that are safe for public use. I wrote this review to warn anyone if their kid uses the high bounce they could be sitting out the rest of the ticket time like my children (paid for two hours and they sat out for the whole second hour bc their backs hurt too much) and then suffering for a long time after. Grandma wanted to treat all the kids to something special on her visit here and the trip to flying squirrel ruined the last week of her visit so we do not recommend this place. read more

One of the attendants walking around was following my kids and I, she was rude and seemed as though she was picking on just us. We didn't see her telling any other parents they cant pickup their kids or hold their kids hands while jumping, one of my kids is 3 and disabled, she needed help getting used to the motion of bouncing, it is a sensory thing for her and this attendant kept yelling at me every 2 minutes for something I was trying to help my child with. I didn't appreciate her at all. If I had caught her name I would've brought it up to management. Honestly because of her we won't be coming back. The staff were all really nice and the place was clean. $19 per kid to jump for an hour is a deal when your kid can go wild and crazy and wear themselves out. Rushed right home to write this review. Would give zero stars if I could. Was there today and jumping on the trampoline when two little kids jumped in front of me. An employee was standing right in front of all of this a told me that I could not Jump like how I was. Saw her walk over to another employee ( one in a pink and black referee shirt, she was in all black) while watching us like a hawk and whispered something in that employees ear. There are A LOT of activities to do here, and while there are a few obnoxious safety rules, they do allow for more creative shenanigans than many similar venues. Features: Flying Squirrel has a massive grid of trampolines, some curved trampolines, a couple of super-bouncy trampolines in their own secluded area, a small zipline, a trampoline dodgeball court, several foam pits, a tight-rope, a rock-climbing wall, an arcade, greasy food, and more features I'm probably forgetting. As a 20-something, I absolutely recommend going on a weekend night after 9 p.m. for black lights and far fewer kiddos to worry about tripping over! read more

Understaffed on spring break. There was one person working the trampoline area and when someone got hurt that had to be attended to there was nobody to step in. One person at the counter for check in leading to a 40 minute check in process and one rude employee in the kitchen to cook, take orders and attend to children trying to redeem their arcade tickets. This is not a recipe for success and for the price being paid for entry is inexcusable. This place is amazing! We went during normal hours during the week and it was a blast, now we were able to go Saturday night after 9pm for the black lights, DJ and awesome light show!!! Oh my goodness this was AWESOME!!!! The customer service is wonderful! The kids that they have working do EVERYTHING in their power to make you happy great job staff! Dodgeball, zip-line, giant airpads, climbing walls, basketball hoops, TopGolf, video arcade, holy crap! So many fun things to do for my mini & I! Seriously, adults can have just as much fun! We took the kids for an hour after school yesterday. They had a blast bouncing all around. The climbing wall and the zip line are cool addition to an already awesome jump park. The giant stunt air bag was my little guys favorite attraction, the bouncy basketball was the big kids favorite. This place rocks our socks off, we used to go to Get Air but after coming here we won't be going to get air again. We live in Spokane and are willing to drive all the way out to the valley for this. Very disappointed in the customer service and management. Spent over 700$ on our end of the year football party. The Party was from 2-4pm. I booked our party over a week ago. And our pizzas were brought out late. Got our last pizza served at 4pm when we were told we needed to leave. Then told we were being to loud and needed to stay in our area. We didn't have a area. We were set up by a ton of other birthday party's and our party was for 30 children and adults. And had three small tables! Pretty sad we wasted the 732.00$ to have a party that was terrible! I went in there and was yelled at for jumping / playing around (yes I did break a few rules with my child ) but how it was handled and after I felled personally targeted. First of all they yelled at us like we were children I get you wanna keep everyone safe and your equipment fine but after that the workers stared at us the whole time never leaving us out to there site. We then left and a young worker,walked out to watch us ? I guess we asked for a card to make a complaint and they gave us a card of a worker, (who was part of the problem) we tried to give it back to the young man and he then said ok do it I bet he will love to here from you in a very rude way. read more
