The pizza is fresh and who doesn't like a chocolate chip cookie. Our kids had a blast. Lots of tumbles but they got right back up and kept skating. Also, as it turns out, roller skating is tough! Event for adults. They also offer roller blades if that's your cup of tea. I know they also take party reservations - something we've done with neighbor friends in the past during December as sort of a fun family Christmas gathering indoors when it's cold outside. Height requirements for certain areas are not enforced. There were older kids going through the smaller playground area and younger kids in the ninja warrior course. The snack bar area is overpriced and lacking in food choices. Let's talk about that stale air again.... Unfortunately, there were some parents who thought bringing sick kids to an indoor trampoline park is a good idea. I witnessed several kids sneezing and coughing while we were there and sure enough a couple days later my kids started showing symptoms and we've been sick for a week now. This was also a very reasonable concern because other places have charged an extra $10 for the rentals of these items! I called after 9:00 a.m. on a Wednesday which was during their business hours but could never get ANYBODY to answer the phone or even have the BASIC professional courtesy to return my voicemails! It was also so annoying that the voicemail didn't list departments like NORMAL voicemails do (Human Resources, front desk, etc) but gave employee names at different extensions. I have no clue who these people are or what their job capacity is so how would I know who to request? I left a voicemail with 3 of the staff and it is late in the afternoon the same day and not ONE of them had the decency or common courtesy to return my call. I would NEVER recommend this place that treats people so poorly and rudely.

It just has everything. ⁣ ⁣ Tons of shade on the play equipment, swings, a basketball court, splash pad, and a big open area to walk around, play and even just to sit on the benches and enjoy the sounds and sights of our beautiful earth. ⁣ ⁣ It's a great spot for kids (or adults, we won't judge ) to run and even kick a ball around! It would make a fantastic spot to picnic too! ⁣ ⁣ This would make for a fun couple hours out of the house next time you're in the Belknap Lookout neighborhood!
