First off, Amy, the catering manager, did everything she could to serve us in a short notice, even though they had other wedding that day. We met with her and got an in-person menu explanation, then taste testing with the chef, Matt. He was so knowledgeable about what meals travelled well and when my husband didn't like the topping on the chicken (since he doesn't like mushrooms, even though I LOVE mushrooms), the chef was willing to switch the sauce with the one we both loved. Highly recommend their sirloin and airline chicken! The week of the event, Amy and her assistant came out to my private resident venue (yes - my covid venue) and scoped out the best spot for the buffet line and serving stations. She dropped off the linens for us prior too and was willing to pick them up after the event was done. On the day of the wedding, Amy offered to get my husband and I our plates so we didn't have to stress about waiting in line! HOW AWESOME! Seriously they went above and beyond. Two small issues during the ceremony - someone was driving a side by side around with a child who was expressing how happy he was (but maybe wait until the ceremony is done), and the driveway to the parking area runs right along the ceremony site. Three vehicles came in after the ceremony started and it was extremely distracting and took the bride's attention away, so maybe pause the vehicles coming in during the ceremony.
