Anthony was very professional, and he quickly found the source of the leak and changed out the pipe. Then he put in a new shutoff and a drain valve to ensure that this won't happen again. Two gentlemen showed up at 4pm. They said there was "too much water in the pipes". They removed my toilet and sent a snake down and put in some chemicals. Said they would charge extra to put the toilet back on. Told us if that didn't work to call them back and they'd come with "a bigger snake". Charged me $544. I called back that night as it obviously did not work. Night receptionist had no idea what I was talking about or that I was even a customer. Said she would have the owner call me. He did not. Called the next day and again was told the owner would call me. He did not. Called a different plumber on Wednesday who actually jetted my pipes. He also said the snake actually made it worse by pushing more down. I called the amazing receptionist again who said the owner offered me 10% off. $54 dollars. They did not do what I specifically called them to do -jet my pipes. I think it was going to be a long, messy job and they didn't want to do it, so they threw a snake down and charged me $544. He came back the next day to do a better assessment and discovered we would need to remove our very old drain trap. His crew came out the very next day and removed it after cutting a small access hole in the hall ceiling. They guys were quick and efficient and discovered a very old rag lodged in was the clog. In doing so they also discovered a rotted spot that could have cause thousands in damage. Had we gone with anyone else I don't think that would have been caught and we could be up to our eyeballs in water damage. These are now my go to plumbers and I hope you will give them a shot too! The pricing is mid-range but they do a through job and check adjacent areas for damage to keep your pipes on the up and up. Thanks again guys!

As for any final concerns that I had, those were handled and resolved in a way that's best described as an "old school" way of doing business. We interviewed several contractors when we needed a new deck and we were extremely picky and…read morenervous because we had just had a horrible experience with a siding crew who botched the job so badly that our kids probably could have done better. We felt comfortable hiring Stu after meeting with him a few times, and we weren't wrong!! Our deck is gorgeous and I was blown away by how quickly it was completed! Stu and his entire team are friendly and attentive and they truly care about their clients. They're coming back on Thursday to start a total replacement of our kitchen including removing a wall and redoing a lot of electrical and plumbing, and we're already planning on having them build us a garage and remodel our bathrooms as well. I can't wait to update my review with pictures of our kitchen in a couple weeks!
