First they used the bait and switch. Nuwave suggested I replace my lightbulbs to lower my electrical bill - good idea as my house is 5000 sq feet. The bad part is they quoted me one price and charged another Because I had replacement plug-in lamps on site that they were to use. Somehow they went missing during their job and they had to go out and buy them. Obviously this smells to high heavens. Next they left the job never having worked on the thermostats. I had to pay them an extra service fee multiple times for them to go back and simply fix the thermostats they improperly installed. Additionally they never hooked up to the Wi-Fi five other thermostats. I have recently left over seven messages for them to call back. After they received my check they pulled a disappearing act. I've had to move on to another company. Avoid this company like the plague. When the pandemic is over I plan to sue them.
