Basically it is a package that they notarize as your living trust. You fill it out the information, as needed. If you have a home they will send it to county so they can have on file. Very basic and will do the job, hopefully in case something happens. However.... ****beware: they did not make us aware of Proposition 19 when we did our living trust. They reevaluated our home. We had to pay back taxes which affected our monthly mortgage payment. We contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do. **** Proposition 19 (effective April 1, 2021) modified the previous provisions, and now allows eligible homeowners to transfer the taxable value of their existing primary residence to a new replacement primary residence. The replacement residence can be of any value*, and anywhere within the state. read more

Clear, simple and efficient paralegal assistance at its best! I was looking for help guiding me through the multiple contingent filing hoops that modern civil law takes you (when the fee goes in, which form to file first, how long do I wait, are there supplemental forms required and when, and worst of all, review for omissions and errors filling out all the nutso forms in the right number of extra copies.) Instead, I was pleasantly surprised that their intake document asks you all the right things in simple language and they can do all the filing and follow-ups with the courts for you. Including knowing when you need to actually come in for physical signatures, such as things that need notarizing, or filing process confirmations. Because many times, the courts themselves get back-logged schedule-wise, TDP can't really predict specific dates when things actually get processed externally, but they do follow up and ensure everything is moving along as it should and contact you when your intervention is needed. Outside of not having weekend hours unless by special appointment, this little company does everything I'd want and charges reasonable fees with excellent service. Most things after the initial filing can be handled over the phone or via email - another great convenience. Way better than dealing directly with the court clerk and trying to self-help your way through the legal labyrinth. read more

I called on Monday at noon to see if they can notarize my living trust. They kept asking for my name and putting me on hold several times. After awhile, I figured out that they probably thought I had an account with them. I told them that I had my own living trust and I need to bring a witness in with me to have my docs notarized. I wanted to come in on Wednesday at 10am but she said the notary comes in at 1pm and they can do a one time courtesy for 10am. They said that they can provide a witness and it will be $10 per signature no charge for the witness. I'm like this is great! She said to call back when I'm ready and to make sure the notary was there. On the same day, I called backed at 1:32pm to confirm that a notary was there so I can come in at 5:15pm that day. The girl took my number and said they will see when the notary will be there and call me back. I thought the notary suppose to be there at 1pm. Well, it's Wednesday and still no call back. This is terrible customer service. I'm a single mom and it's urgent that my living trust gets notarized in case of my death. Luckily, my notary that I've been using for the past 4 years was and is always available on Central Ave. I do not recommend this place if you have urgent documents that is time sensitive. read more

You would think they would know or check before taking on a case without research..I told them ,I didn't know if there was another case open in the pass. Months later after paying their fee. "ANNAS COURT SERVICES " explained to me that "We the People "cannot file a case if another one was still open even if it was more than 5 yrs ago. I asked " We the People " they continued to file a claim. Asking for further help from "We the People " Now they're too busy, but was never to busy receiving my payments. I work in a health profession, I would never refer this facility or Business to people from my work or family. The young ladies at the Glendale office are as others have stated are indeed "lovely" but this is not the makeup counter at a department store. I do not have confidence in this particular location of We The People. I came here because the lawyer who wrote the trust recommended "We The People". He considered the after death transfer of a property a simple matter. I had all the necessary documentation as the legal Trustee, but the employees at this location decided they needed to let their lawyer look at the Trust first, so they scanned it and when I called a few days later I found out that their lawyer had a mistaken understanding regarding beneficiaries. My lawyer was furious and said I should ask who their lawyer was and also what was the educational background of the lawyer and employees. I did so and was told after a long pause... "That information is private". My lawyer also said to go to another document transfer service business so I did. The employee/owner at the other service was proud to tell me about her extensive legal background. Another contrast was that the interaction took place in a private area, unlike the Glendale office of We The People where there were a few desks in tiny office and lots of loud, spirited conversations interrupting what should be sensitive, private communications. I'm being generous in giving them 3 stars, but I'm concerned that my review will result in a defensive retaliatory response as has happened to other Yelp reviewers of this business. Any such retaliation by sharing a client's personal legal information online is unprofessional and possibly illegal. read more
