First off I'll state that their site is gorgeous with good design and when I reached out for online questions about ordering the service was prompt. The samples they sent to my designer were great as well. The thickness and options beat out everyone else and the price is a premium. When I got my first set of cards, I told the designer (who handled the order) that the red was almost a wine or brownish color. My card is minimalist with literally just the logo on a white card which means that the color is very important. There were some flaws on some of the cards as well such as a stain on the logo which again is really the only thing on one side of the card so the flaws stand out pretty easily. A reprint was offered for the flaws so no problem there but not for the mismatch of color. That was told as an extra but reduced charge. We wanted a check done on a single proof or print and I was told (but did not verify) that the printing is not actually done at the location and that the company uses someone else for the actual prints. We The Printers is amazing and worth the price! I was looking for a simple, elegant design. A lotus flower on a white background with gold foil lettering. I shopped around for business card companies and discovered We The Printers. I was impressed with their work, but a little apprehensive because their prices were well above other more well known companies. I decided to go the less expensive route because my card design was so simple. What could possibly go wrong? Everything apparently. I was promised gold foil, and received a dirty mustard color that doesn't reflect light at all. The font is hard to read. The flower is dull and disproportionate. So I reached out to We The Printers and I couldn't be more satisfied! My cards are exactly what I wanted, what I was promised, and ultimately what was delivered to my door. In my opinion, business cards should speak volumes about the kind of business you are, and the quality they can expect. My cards completely do just that. I have request printing from WethePrinters.com , as i saw in there website an amazing high quality printing services. unfortunately , while i have searched on the internet and find what have been written on Yelp . some people are upset from what they get .... i start having concern " is this a big mistake , i made the order ... what can i do ". I can only speak about their UV printing but for that service this place is pretty terrible. Sloppy lines and illegible text. Absolutely no quality control. I rarely review on Yelp but use it frequently to determine weather or not I should do business with a particular company. With that said, I feel obligated to warn prospective clients of We The Printers. After researching many different printing companies I decided to go with WTP. There website was user friendly, easy to navigate, had beautiful samples of previous clients and were capable of creating what I wanted. My story starts out fine. A confirmation email was sent and followed by a proof. I forgot to "Accept" the proof so two weeks later I followed up asking about my order. They reminded me that I needed to accept the proof. At first, I was frustrated with the situation but since I made the mistake I was wiling to continue to order. I went to there website and started a chat. I was greeted quickly and we began to sort out the order. They were completely unwilling to understand the time constraints that I was in and unwilling to place a rush of any sort on the product. Finally, they suggested I pay overnight shipping and said that since I am communicating with them today that our order would go to print (2-4 days-no rush) the following day and I would have it overnighted as soon as it was done. They sent an invoice and I paid it immediately. I specifically asked if I needed to approve the order online and they said no and that this order has been confirmed and would be printed the following day. They never printed them (however, they took my expedited shipping fee). I emailed WTP when I thought they were supposed to arrive and was told that there was nothing that they could do. Then proceeded to blame me saying that the proof was never approved. They obviously have poor infrastructure within the company and their customer service "department" does not communicate with the "production" department. They have horrible customer service, are unwilling to work with the client. I find it peculiar that they will go out of their way to send an additional invoice knowing that I now need these to be expedited but not send them to the printer. Never use their chat feature because you WILL need a paper trail since they are the blaming type. I would suggest not using this company, however, if you do save all correspondence as you will need them to prove that your not always at fault. read more

My interaction with this company actually convinced me to CREATE a yelp account to review, although I do often check reviews on yelp prior to doing business with a company. I should actually have taken the advice given by previous (negative) reviews a little more seriously prior to placing an order for some foil overlay business cards. I should also state that delivery on my (useless) item was very expedient, and I was very happy with the quick turnaround time it took for me to actually receive my (worthless) order. I submitted my artwork in accordance with their "simple" guidelines stated on their website: ----Setting up a mask file can be very simple. As you can see below, we have the front foil mask and the back foil mask. Each have a white background and the foil selection is filled with 100% K (black ink). This is the ONLY set up that is allowed when using Color Foil, or any print options that contain mask files. You want to make sure that your foil masks do not include intricate/delicate lines or textures as the die may not pick up these up!------ My mask file was made up of 100% K (black) as it STATES EXPLICITLY in their directions. The mask file was designed to be a RED FOIL overlay printed on black stock. It was printed as a BLACK FOIL on BLACK STOCK, which is obviously invisible. The mask file was entitled "RedFoilMaskCard.ai", and I had SELECTED "red foil mask" as my print option for the overlay (which I've been told was not possible by their rep? Not sure how that was impossible since I DID it). I "approved" my proof based on the criteria presented on their proof approval instructions (quote from their website): "The Blue will NOT PRINT it is just to show placement of the mask files." Which gives no indication that my (desired) RED foil, would actually be (completely invisible and worthless (black). The helpfulness of their "customer service" guy was actually pretty silly, he scolded me for not doing something that was very clearly NOT EXPLAINED on their website, and offered me a 10 percent discount if I should decide to order a replacement. Honestly, just stay away from this place, don't make the same mistake as me by ignoring the previous reviews. I suspect the 2 good reviews here are either complete anomalies or possibly employees there. -K read more

Slow, unresponsive and sloppy. After 4 months of trying to get our cards just right, I received cards that were not printed as per the design. I'm sure they will try to say they were exactly "as approved", but they are not (for example, there was supposed to be a watermark on the front and it appears as simple/dark form). I have never dealt with such a fly by night operation. And this coming from someone who never gives negative reviews. This nightmare process is finally over me. Buyer beware. read more

Terrible company to do business with. There was a printing error with the order even after I confirmed all of my designs and proofs with a representative. After informing the company, they refused to work with me on fixing the problem. Told me o would just have to pay to order them again. They obviously take no pride in what they do and have some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and go with another service. read more
