I moved to San Antonio, Texas from San Jose, California without any knowledge of the available waxing facilities in my new neighborhood. I searched for places close by and found a couple of facilities I would try out. I found We Wax to be the most suited to my taste (I can be picky). I was fortunate enough to get Linda as my esthetician the first time I had an appointment. She was very professional and listened to what I wanted. She also was very knowledgable and fixed an eyebrow shaping issue I had been living with since my last esthetician. Linda is awesome; she will always give you what you want and let you know what works best for you. However, I do wish the hard wax that We Wax buys was of higher quality. It isn't as good as the wax my last spa used, which meant fewer wax strips & nearly, no plucking afterwards. I was running late trying to find a place to take me in for a last minute fix up before a big 15 year anniversary date and so I googled wax places in San Antonio and found We Wax which just happened to be very close to where I work. Even though it was late Friday they were able to take me in - gave me a 10% discount for being a first time customer and did a great job. There was more plucking than I'd like - Brazilians hurt as it is so when you add plucking - it's just really no fun. But all in all I thought my brows were shaped nicely and the Brazilian - well those just hurt no matter what but I was happy she used hard wax in that area. Linda was great and I'd definitely go back to see her. The one thing I didn't love was that the walls didn't reach the top so you could hear other people and they could hear you but all in all I was a happy customer and will definitely be back. read more

I had a great first experience here. It's always a little awkward going to a new establishment, no matter how long you've been getting waxed. They were very professional but very personable at the same time. And the price was reasonable, cheaper than many other places I researched. My only change to the experience would be to just use the same wax for the entire process. They used a more "gentle" wax for the more sensitive areas, but I would rather have several small patches done in succession than one large one at once. I appreciate the intent, though it was a bit uncomfortable. I will definitely be returning though. read more

As an academic professional I always have to look my best. I had tried several places for eye lash extensions and paid good money (they did not last but a couple of days). This is the FIRST PLACE that did an amazing job & the lashes lasted 2+ weeks!!! This place is very clean and VERY affordable. I will continue going back and will continue to spread the word! I even had family come in from south Texas to get the eye leashes done because they were so affordable!! Krys and her staff are great! Friendly, patient and nice! Great Experience! Krys is amazing! I am new to San Antonio and I'm very picky about the places I get waxed and cosmetic enhancement done. I looked around a lot and was impressed with the new We Wax on Fredericksburg. The place is brand new, modern, and very clean. I had a Brazilian and eye brow wax and it was quick, easy, and painless. Super nice and very helpfull staff! Im not from San Antonio and was looking for a place to get my lashes done. I called and they explained to me about cluster lashes. I had never heard of Cluster lashes and was alil ify about getting them. But after getting them done and paying less then half the price I was use to paying for lash extention..I LOVED THEM !! Finally !! This great has come to San Antonio's Medical Ctr. Its very clean and they have decent pricing. Living in this area of town we are always on the go and always looking for places where the services are great and quick, I recommend WeWaxSalon is the place to go. Great place! Ive walked out with a smile every time i highly recommend going to Linda She is the best when it comes to eyebrows. The atmosphere is very tranquil, i was baffled by some of the previous comments i have never experienced bad service here or a bad wax job. Ive never had a facial and I went to kris and Tonys WE WAX and what an amazing experience. I felt nothing but happiness and comfort. I'm LOVING my permanent eyeliner!! I recently went in to get both my top & bottom eyeliner done; my experience was great! A little painful but definetely bareable! Love the Shellac manicure from here-very thorough, patient, they don't rush to get you out of there like many other places. Nice atmosphere, not loud and bustling, individual rooms so you don't sit elbow to elbow with other clients. Evening hours are also a plus! I had my arms waxed for the first time and Lynda was great. I was very happy with the outcome. I have reacted to other waxing that i have had done in the past so i was kind of nervous but I had no issues at all.
