I've never loved an apartment that I've lived in as much as I love this one. It's so clean and well taken care of. Everyone in the office is so nice, the maintenance guys are kind and respond quickly, and every person that I've met in this complex are friendly too! If I could give zero stars, I would. They allow short-term rentals at this facility and they also don't honor noise complaints and they will blame you if you do do a noise complaint to another resident. I have a video with the noise on the video, but nobody is willing to listen to it and to believe me and that's completely fine. I realize that this is a Weinstein property so they're not going to like me anyway. This is absolutely terrible business. I do not recommend living here. Take your money and run. And then they get offended when they strategically make me uncomfortable and I start getting loud because I do have autism and I do try to avoid any type of conflict but my over the head earphones are no longer work so I have no choice but to listen to the loud noise and quite frankly, it's a form of harassment. Writing this review to not trash the property, but to save someone from going through what I have been dealing with. Be prepared for insects everywhere. I have experienced 1-2 roaches a week since moving in. Roaches aside, I am killing 2-4 spiders a day, along with silverfish, carpet beetles, etc. Despite maintenance coming to do pest control on a weekly basis, as well as me putting down every bait and powder known to man, it still has not stopped anything from coming in. As I appreciate the team attempting to find a solution, it is still yet to be resolved after 5 months of living here. It is not safe or habitable for me or my pet, to constantly be inhaling these pesticides while this situation has yet to be improved. Massey pest control, who is in contract with the property, says they cannot label my place as "infested" until he speaks to the manager of the complex, while the manager tells me there is nothing she can do since pest control is coming every week. On top of that, my walls are beginning to have black patches all over them that appear to be previously painted over mold. Every morning I wake up feeling ill, only to leave the apartment and feel perfectly fine. Within a month of living here cops came to my door due to a fugitive living across from me, wanting to see if lights were on in the unit, which was just one more red flag of residing here. The halls are full of trash, bugs, dog urine, beer, and USED PADS. I have attached photos and just know after 5 months of convincing myself that this is just "apartment living", I cannot emphasize enough to run away from this property. If you care about relaxation in your own space or your blood pressure at all, do NOT sign a lease here. read more

I like the staff and the apartment, but there are constant catalytic converter thefts and people breaking into cars, inside and outside the gated lot. And they seem to be doing nothing to help. I have 2 vehicles, and one had the converter stolen and one had the back window shattered to steal a plastic tote filled with trash. AVOID THIS PLACE, NOT SAFE read more

This place has a lot of issues. They charge you a lot for this being a rundown community the walls in the apartment's are paper thin. Not to mention if your neighbors are crazy normal footsteps in your apartments causes them to bang hard with a broom on their cieling to intimidate you to leave. Management is not good at managing the property alot of trash in the stairs gets left for weeks until somebody finally cleans it up. Roaches are outside so if you are on the first floor expect pest issues. Every week someones cars gets broken into. Also the gates dont always work so good luck trying to find a door that lets you in. Overall a bad experience and I would not recommend anyone should rent here. A lot of other communities in the area are a lot better. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They do not manage the complex well alot of homeless lingering outside yelling at you. The apartments are made of cardboard towel hook broke just from holding a towel also in the middle of a heat wave, the air conditioning, and the unit broke. Considering how much they're charging and how trashy the community has gotten it's not a good place to rent and you should look elsewhere. Management is shady overall not a great experience. Just a moneypit built with paper walls. read more

Very noisy thin walls you can hear everything your neighbors next to are doing including the hallways. Cheap quality apartment fixtures towel holder in bathroom just comes out the wall from hanging your towel on it too much. Dog feces is everywhere outside the building not to mention the stairwell stinks like trash with people littering in it. Also not secure community gates are faulty sometime and the construction workers across the street roam around the area. Overall there are many other apartments you can rent from in Fort Worth that have better value for your money I would not rent or from this management ever again. read more

Just moved in and so far my experience has been nothing but smooth sailing. If the location alone doesn't sell you, know that you get 5 star service. I was able to move in early, get a deal for one month free rent, and the apartment was move in ready. Very dog friendly and so many perks like 24hour gym, valet trash, and optional on sight storage/ garage access. The staff members treat you with kindness and answer all your questions with no sugar coating but clear defined guidelines / rules so you know exactly what you are signing up for. I don't often leave reviews. I toured with Molly at The Bowery recently and was impressed with all the amenities. Fitness center, club house, pool, yoga studio, sky lounge, two courtyards, the list goes on. She was so informative about everything and really made it feel like it could be my new home. When we got back the office the other agent Destiny greeted me. The customer service was top notch. I will definitely be renting at The Bowery in July when I move to the area. read more

I've lived in a few places around Fort Worth and this is by far my favorite and the only place I have renewed my lease. The staff is always helpful, the community is very clean and attended to, and I love the location being within walking distance to South Main! Not a single thing to complain about! read more

Not pet friendly, noisy, and money pit with shady management. This place is not dog friendly. They claim to have a dog park, but the "dog park" is a few blocks off premises and it's red clay dirt with a fence, so your pet just gets so dirty. Secondly, we paid $15 a month plus a $300 non-refundable pet deposit. So over the course of our lease, $495 total for our dog to live there with us, and they charged us $500+ of damages when we moved out to replace the carpet in one 11x13 bedroom. We are extremely clean and low key people, and have lived in other apartments before and ALWAYS got our security deposit back so we were shocked. Also, they charged us $40 for drywall repair for one hole, from where their maintenance workers hung our curtains, and when we asked they said they have since trained their staff not to do this, but we still need to pay to fix the screw hole that their workers made. The worst part is if you raise concerns to management they just dismiss you. So you end up feeling pretty helpless. I've heard things about Weinstein properties but I didn't realize it was this bad. Also while it is a new building, it's Built very poorly, walls are so thin normal walking and talking on the phone can be heard between walls. Totally understand part of being in an apartment, but this was exceptionally loud and had never experienced that before. We befriended multiple people in the building, and everyone we spoke with at some point had experienced some type of experience like ours, whether it was the noise or the unhelpful management that justifies nickel and dime-ing you. The windows don't even securely stay shut, so expect a higher energy bill and to feel cold or hot air blowing into your apartment. Which during the winter freeze in 2021 was tough. We had another experience where the leasing agent, who was also the "courtesy officer," and manager at the time would sit in his apartment below ours and listen to us to submit noise complaints, mind you, we go to bed by 9, and have a dog, but literally were just walking around and living life, not having parties or giving our dog loud toys, simply living... one Sunday at noon, my husband came home for 15 min to make a sandwich and got a call from the leasing office saying our neighbor (the employee) complained about our noise. This occurred where this employee "documented" noise violations (often on dates we weren't even home) by texting his friend, who was the property manager at the time, and ultimately after he did this 20+ times without our knowledge, we had to move to a more expensive first floor unit 8 weeks after moving in and pay for our own moving costs, so that they employee/courtesy officer could live peacefully. This individual was harassing us to the point where he allegedly called the police and documented that they spoke with us, but we never had any interactions with the police, or the courtesy officer. The situation was so odd and emotionally disturbing, we sought guidance from an attorney, and reached out to the regional manager who said "they had missed the mark" on the handling of the situation, but again, nothing was done and we were out a few hundred dollars from moving twice! Please don't move here if you have a pet and aren't prepared for unexpected fees and extremely noisy living environment. Oh it also typically smells like pot most days and there are some pretty shady folks who come in and out on the weekends. Multiple cars got broken into even in the gated parking area. Also parking is terrible and oddly far from the majority of the apartments. read more

The Bowery is right off Main St., close to Magnolia. Can I tell you how convenient this location is?! All the new restaurants that are getting ready to open up on Main make it even better. This property has the best team, they truly care about helping anyone who walks in. Their pool will be ready soon and they will have one of the largest ones in Ft. Worth. Walking distance from UT Southwestern, so convenient. They have been partnering with Hopfusion, the brewery right next door which has craft beer. This really gives us a real Ft. Worth living experience. You need to come check them out, even if it's for their monthly events. A great place to call home. read more

I have loved every minute of living here! The community is wonderfully maintained, the office staff is always so kind, helpful, and responsive (even when I come in or call with odd questions), and my unit is amazing. Great quality. I have only had to have maintenance here once for simple routine things since I moved in, but they were timely in doing so. Let me know when they were coming ahead of time, and even left notes because I was not home at the time. I love it here! read more

Everything was great, move in was fast and efficient. Staff was great and property is beautiful.
