Today the guy on the cash register asked why we bag our items with the grocery bags. Does Kroger employees go to health safety training? It is also raining and we do not want our food rained at and get ruined by the rain water specially the dry goods since the molds will form on the dry goods. I never heard any complaint from the Publix cashiers. They are all very courteous and polite to their customers. If the cashiers find it inconvenient to scan our groceries, why work there?

I've tried both options, and honestly I do not think the upgrade is really worth the extra cost. The price difference is minimal, so it is not a huge deal either way, but once the sandwich is toasted, it is really hard to tell much of a difference in taste. That kind of made the regular Publix cold cuts feel like the better value to me. Overall, Publix does a solid job as a grocery store, but the deli is definitely one of the best reasons to stop in. The sauce is a little sweet, I recommend the sliced brisket over the chopped brisket any day. As for the chicken tenders, wait until it's hot fresh and just put out and it's a life-changing experience. The Buc-ee's sauce is the only way to go. You can get barbecue sauce or honey mustard at any other place. The fries are definitely better than the homemade chips. I did not like those chips, I don't know if I just didn't have them hot and fresh, but I would say skip them. We got some banana pudding to go. Also, would not recommend. We also got some of their signature cola. The diet cola was mid, the regular was better. and in addition to the snacks and food, we also picked up a hat and a T-shirt for both of us. The staff were amazing. This place is like Grand Central Station, it gets very crowded very fast. Speaking of fast, the cashiers and folks working at the meat carving station were legendarily fast..
