I needed a window replaced after the seal leaked, which has a lifetime warranty. After no response trying to contact the company, it took a separate call to their sales representative to have someone measure the window. After that, complete ghosting for five weeks. I finally got the sales representative again to contact the owner and again the communication black out started. Eventually I received an email indicating the window would be replaced on a specific day but no time. And once again no further communications...no one showed up to replace the window, no one returned my email or phone calls trying to reschedule. What good is a warranty if they don't honor it. Bottom line customer service in this company is non-existent. If you want to be ignored, disrespected, lied to give them a call they won't disappoint and for that they get five stars.
