Every single person I spoke with was rude and disrespectful, except one very professional lady that was in the president office I believe, student accounts, financial aid, and enrollment services, I believe the man in student enrollment, said he is the supervisor is racist because he refused to help or transfer to the president office telling me he doesn't take calls like this, so I had my coworker to call on speaker and they transferred her with no problem. I don't understand how people still get jobs with bias.

This place prepared me to transfer to U of I after graduating from West. All of my credits from here transferred to UIUC except for my CPR class. I'll take it!
