Weaver Outdoor repaired our Toro Timecutter when it wouldn't run. They did a great job. It runs and cuts like a new one now.

These guys are great. Of course, I come into the store during their busy season hoping they can help me out of a jam. They said for a major repair they are about 3.5 weeks out and for a minor repair probably a week. I told them the rear wheels on my new lawnmower (Fathers Day Gift) were lose and I didn't have the proper tools to fix it. Counterperson Steven was very kind. He grabbed his techincan and they took a look at the lawnmower. They were able to put the wheels on correctly and got me on on way. I know this was way beyond the call of duty but I really appreciated the help. Thank you Steven. read more

I came to this store yesterday looking for a belt for my Simplicity mower. I was treated brusquely and rudely by the salesperson, Brett. Without making eye contact or greeting me, he asked it I bought the mower there or if I had it serviced there. The mower is old; we bought it second hand. He went in the back to look; then came out and helped another customer. Then he went back again and came back and rudely said that I should go down to Napa. In a retail business, if you help a customer with the smallest request, they will come back for a bigger purchase. He evidently has not learned that. Enough said, I won't go back. read more

We own wheel horse equipment, and it seems whenever we use this store we are treated poorly. I was in a couple months back for a fuel pump, when given the part I told them that it didn't match the old pump. The man at the counter insisted this was correct and told me I'd have to take it apart and rotate the pumping arm and it would be fine for my 314. Long story short it was very incorrect, and as soon as the tractor was started it snapped that arm off causing it to fall inside the engine. I had to call another shop to dig the pieces out and when I returned to Weaver ag they seem unconcerned that they sold me the wrong part. No offer of making it right. Today I was in for a belt for a wheel horse snowblower I purchased this summer. First I was told I had the wrong belt, then they told me I needed a larger belt when what I had was already too long. Then as I was running out to grab the belt they decided to talk crap about my knowledge as I was still in the building. When they realized the belt they told me I needed wasn't correct, they then insisted I had the wrong blower for the tractor... they are all mostly interchangeable, but I didn't say anything... I did end up leaving empty handed knowing no more than I did when I went in... a little more research, and help from Napa I was able to locate the belt size I needed, the same belt size I asked for at Weaver Ag, and it's a perfect fit. I feel their knowledge of parts they sell is not great, and their attitude towards me was even worse. I feel I would have been treated better if I was walking in there to buy a brand new exmark mower instead of over priced 30+ year old wheel horse parts. What happened to customer service?
