Very unprofessional couple runs this scam of a company. They are quite obviously amateurs fronting services for slave labor run out of India. If your business is operational, DO NOT hire these people. They will insist on domain transfer which will interrupt daily business operations (email specifically). Communication is awful/takes several days (sometimes weeks) to return inquiries. After it becomes obvious you are not getting the product you purchased, they will tell you to make changes or improvements yourself (why did I hire them then?, you will ask), then try to use that against you, insinuating you are a 'bad' customer. Before you do any business with these people ask yourself, "Why does a Marketing/Web Design firm not have a large social media presence? Why do they not have a Google+ or Facebook page allowing reviews? Why are they located in Columbus, WI, and not a major metropolitan area with competitors?" The answer is simple. It's because they are not good at what they do. They are simply salespeople cutting corners wherever they can, delivering sub standard products without any ramifications, and they will not work with you or compromise in any way if the relationship sours, hence this review.
