Their training videos are not even organized into numerical order or logical sense. I had one training session with this company and explored the software for 2 days of videos after signing a 12 month contract. I immediately recognized this software is designed for hospitals or large practices, not single use companies. I immediately canceled my contract and they want $600 to cancel it. I stated I would be leaving reviews for their company and they escalated it to requiring me to pay 12 months of a product I never used. That's $2,268.00 and asked me to provide my attorney information. I am filing a complaint with the state of NJ Consumer Affairs to mediate this company's practices. DO NOT USE ADVANCEDMD "Please be advised that, due to your breach of the 12-month agreement and unwillingness to reach a settlement agreement, this matter will be escalated directly to our litigation team. We do not utilize collection agencies in these circumstances. We will be seeking recovery of the full contractual amount of $2,268.00 in addition to any applicable late fees, interest, and associated legal costs.
