Matt gave me great advice on what to do for my business, and even told me that honestly he didn't believe they were a good fit for my business given my finances. Matt told me outright that he figured it wasn't worth it to hire them given my situation and their cost. I greatly appreciated him telling me the truth rather than just taking my money. The advice he gave was sound also, he spent probably 30-45 minutes without charging me anything to give advice for programs to use, simple ways to integrate programs, and even pointed me at another accountant who might be more inline with what I need. Even though I didn't end up working with them I would recommend them based on their honesty alone.

I quit using Brian in April of 2020 because he was incompetent and condescending. He was impossible to work with, I would ask him for months and months to do simple fixes and he wouldn't do it. He would tell me I needed a more professional website, when I asked him what he meant and examples, he would say well, I'm not sure let me look at your site and then he would never give me any examples. Once he gave me examples of dentists and law firm sites he had done which had no correlation at all to my site. I gave him written notice in an email that I had paid my last hosting fee and would no longer be using him. A few months later I got a bill for a Word Press plug in from his Freshbooks account. I emailed him and asked nicely about it and he said to ignore it. Then it happened again a month or so later. Again I messaged him and he said to ignore it. Well today I got back from a trip and checked my email and found Brian had charged a card that was on file with his Freshbooks account for $50 for a Word Press function renewal! I sent him a pretty nasty email demanding my $50 be refunded. He told me NO he won't refund it because I never told him I wasn't still using Word Press! I sent him a copy of the original email telling him I would no longer be using his services or hosting and if he didn't refund my money I would take him to small claims court just for the principle of it all. He is a complete joke and anyone who does business with him will regret it!

They are definitely some of the most expensive tax professionals on the market being 3-5x more expensive than my prior accountants, but considering poor/nonexistent communication and not responding to my emails and calls is what cost me $8k+ in tax penalties, for me it is worth the premium price (although, I have yet to get first bill from them, so we'll see haha). But whatever you do, do NOT go to Daylen at Klingler Associates or Brady at High Country Finance unless you want to start getting a dozen+ IRS letters a week telling you your taxes were done wrong and you owe penalties!!

Senawave had us fully functional in 4 days. We've enjoyed more than 99.99 availability, essential in our 14-hour work days and on weekends, despite some occasionally very bad weather conditions. Every phone call to Senawave, primarily to ask questions or to explore adding or relocating service, has been met very professionally, timely, courteously, and with technical expertise. Exactly what I needed. Never a waste of time or energy talking to the technicians and others at this company. They set a high standard for all broadband services companies.
