The employees are helpful & knowledgeable, and if they don't have the answer, they find it out for you asap :) They have a fenced in play area so if you have kiddos with you, it's a bonus! They have several register/help desks set up out in the nursery, plus a main office, but only one outdoor desk has a line to run credit cards, it's the one with a more ornate entrance, rather than the one just next to the play area.

But then again being from Hawaii we see a lot of beautiful arrangements, leis and hakus. Overall, staff was friendly, shop was cute but in my opinion way overpriced!
