We've now been told that these trees are "disposable" & to replant them. Each tree was $99.99. We've also been told that their arborist says that "they're annuals". The description says 'A mixture of soil, sand, compost and organic soil builder compost for filling raised beds'. What I received was clay top soil, mixed with sand and a very little amount for wood chips. It is full of hard clumps of clay that are very difficult to break up. It rained last night and now the top 3" are setting up hard. I'll have to buy a large amount of quality soil amendment to make this stuff usable. I called and complained and they said 'sorry you're not satisfied, no one else has complained, we won't do anything for you'. I do not recommend doing business with them.
